They aren’t checking/keeping up on the quality of their meat. All my wings had frost bite wouldn’t recommend this location. Food department really needs to do a deep audit.

Sitting here waiting for my order and I see two different staff members walk in, clock in, and immediately start touching everything possible and hugging their coworkers, touching their hair/faces/nose and never actually washing their hands before handling food. I'm totally disgusted coming in here. Once I saw that there was a young girl sitting in the back of the kitchen, clearly not old enough to work here, I realized nobody was even wearing gloves. What is even going on in this restaurant? You can't have passed a health inspection.

Ordered to go, and was told I would have a 15 minute wait. 30 minutes went by before they realized they never even started my order. The receipt printer apparently was jammed in the kitchen, and somehow the cashier forgot that I ordered. Clearly both the equipment and employees need some work. The only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of one is that they at least refunded me.
