I am writing this as a regular customer who has usually had positive experiences, which is why today’s interaction was frustrating and disappointing.
Last week, I called and spoke with a very kind and helpful employee who informed me about a party style deal that included 24 wings, a large fry, and two drinks. She explained that not many customers know about this deal and specifically told me to ask for it by name when ordering. At no point did she mention that the deal was temporary or ending.
Today, Saturday, January 3rd, at approximately 6:03 p.m., I called to place the same order. The employee I spoke with immediately recognized the deal by name and confirmed that she knew exactly what I was referring to. After a brief pause, she then stated that the deal was no longer available. This was confusing, especially since she had just acknowledged it moments earlier.
The deal was described to me as a party or game style deal, which makes this even harder to understand. Football season is not over yet, and today being a Saturday would normally be a peak time for game day or party orders. Because of this, it did not make sense that this deal would suddenly no longer exist.
Instead, I was offered a 16 wing deal that was not comparable in value or quantity. What made the experience worse was the tone of the conversation. There was little explanation, no effort to clarify the inconsistency, and no attempt to offer an accommodation or a comparable alternative.
I completely understand that promotions can change, but clear communication and respectful customer service make a big difference. The contrast between the friendly and helpful employee I spoke with last week and the dismissive interaction today was very noticeable.
I am a loyal customer and I enjoy Wingstop, but experiences like this make me think twice about returning to this location. I hope management can review this interaction, verify the details if needed, and ensure more consistent communication and customer service moving forward.
Brandon is always rude and disrespectful he has no customer service. He needs to be fired for throwing change at me!

I wouldn't even put any stars if that's a option. I got so sick last night after we took my son here for his bday. It was so gross and they are so rude NEVER had to pay for a little more sauce cause it didn't have none. I don't recommend going to this place unless you want to get sick from them not cooking the food right NOT WORTH THE CASH.

9/19/25 - Placed an order for delivery but received the wrong order. We contacted the store to ask them to refund the meal since we received the incorrect order and we were not able to pick up hence why we placed it for delivery. We were placed on hold for 15 minutes and could hear that the employees were speaking. We hung up and called again asking for a manager. We were told “one moment”, placed on hold again for 10 minutes. Same employee gets back on the phone to only keep repeating that our order was there. We again asked for it to be refunded and she said again that our food was at the restaurant. We explained again that we could not pick up and just needed the meal to be refunded. We again asked for the manager. She tells us “oh the manager is busy right now, can you call back in 1 hour or 20 minutes?”. WHAT?!?! We hung up and called headquarters.

Google says open til 1 am Friday-Saturday, when they actually close at 12am
Their service was slow. Ordered online, watch the order come in at the time it was supposed to be done for pick up so their systems are poorly calibrated. No one seemed to speak clear enough or loud enough to each other to have any kind of proper communication. Everyone seems confused and no one seems to be in control. The manager must have either been on break eating or out smoking cause there is no way that establishment had anyone with any kind of competency behind the wheel. Just a hunch if underpaid employees running around frantic with no sense of order.
