I haven’t been here is awhile. I ordered the iced fireside with non fat milk ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a grilled cheese panini ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually order food from coffee shops because it’s microwaved a little too long. I was hungry and I’m happy I gave it a chance. The young lady that served my order was very energetic and friendly.

I recently ordered an iced latte and because I am slow to drink my coffee, requested it without ice (because I don’t want it to get watered down). The server let me know that they can either short the drink or add an additional charge. I said to go ahead and short it. But, when the drink came out I was astonished by how much it had been shorted (see pic - taken before any of it was consumed).
I understand that you are doing this because it (theoretically) uses more milk when customers order drinks without ice. But, what if I ordered a hot version of the same drink? Wouldn’t you fill the cup all the way in that instance? 16 oz is 16 oz and just because I want it cold and not watered down when I consume it, doesn’t justify the additional charge to fill it up. Although the coffee is good, I won’t be coming back as it seems ludicrous and tacky to add an additional charge to fill the cup up regardless of whether or not a customer desires ice.

I wouldn’t recommend this drive through. The baristas I worked with did not want to make my drink as requested. Their product is good, the service was not.

i ordered on doordash and when i got there for pickup the barista was sooo sweet! they even wrote a little note on my bag for me, made sure my drinks were set up all nice so they wouldn’t spill, and the drinks (and the bag) were completely sealed! not to mention they’re DELICIOUS!!! always an amazing experience at this ziggis. everyone is always so nice. the barista that took care of us today should 1000% get some recognition for being an amazing worker!

I don’t think they’re used to having big orders as we ordered 9 drinks & most of them were wrong. Huffing & puffing like the big bad wolf as I was ordering. I guess big orders are only meant for dutch.
