Every time that I have gone there the workers have been so kind and timely! They also have really yummy drinks that are a reasonable price in my opinion. Overall I would recommend this place as the staff do their jobs, are very personable and get your orders out quickly.

This is by far the worst location anyone can go to they over charge you on drinks I ordered the exact same order I always do and the most I have ever paid for three drinks and mine usually being a large and two mediums for my kids is $18. I’ve always ordered the same exact drink for over a year already here they tried charging me $28 for two smalls and one medium drink, which is ridiculous because I’m downsizing. They said it’s due to me asking for extra caramel, but that does not add on an additional eight dollars the girl who claims to have took my order was very disgruntled, came to the window, trying to argue, which is very unprofessional. She needs to get better customer service. I will never again go to this location. I will stick to the one in Evans

This is my favorite location!! Marcus, Nikki ,and Avery and the best! Everytime I go there they always have a smile on their face and always friendly! For me it feels like they actually enjoy there job instead of just handing coffee out to everyone. At least they don’t show it if they don’t 😜. I have never felt more welcomed at a coffee shops than I do here. They ares upper helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and when they don’t have something they let me know when it will be in. The coffee is amazing and the food is good! Marcus messed up my order the other day haha but you know what not a big deal! I order the same thing all the time so to try something new is good from time to time! Brush it off and go about your day it’s not a big deal! I appreciate every one of you thank you for being my favorite coffee spot and favorites at that coffee spot! I feel I should mention Mads as well I haven’t seen her in a while but she was one of my favorites too!

This shop along with the one on 10th Ave in Greeley are the most consistent and friendly staff and always take the time to make my drink correctly.
I always go to the Ziggy's on 35th Ave and I have never had an issue. For whatever reason I went to the 11th Ave today and I won't be returning. I think they need extra training! My drink of choice lately has been a 32oz Cherried Away - floated. This girl gave me a totally different drink. She then tried to fix her mistake and make me the correct drink and it was NOTHING like the 35th Ave location. I'm very disappointed. I'll stick with 35th Ave from now on (9/30/25) 3:34pm

I had SUCH an amazing experience at this coffee shop! Makenzie was absolutely wonderful - so welcoming, attentive and kind. Her staff was just as incredible c providing top-notch service with a smile. The atmosphere was cozy, the drinks were perfect, and the entire team made the visit feel special. HIGHLY recommend! 10/10!!
