If you are looking for a good dive bar off of the beaten path, this is the place. We went on a Saturday night, and the place was jumping. We did not have any food while we were there, but the selection was your standard bar food.
If you know you know. As a local this is THE spot. James is such a delight and the food from the kitchen is always consistent. Don't expect a gourmet, fine dining, but know the bartenders are attentive and the food is well priced and so yummy.
It is a medium sized tavern with great food. We were hiking and hit the Moose for food and drinks. Very happy we are there. Stopped in again on a Saturday night got food drink and they had a live music. How awesome!
