Will have to return to try more off the menu.Really enjoyed the pan fried chicken dumplings and the Bryan's 8. If you are halal/kosher or just don't eat seafood or pork, this menu may be harder for you to find a substitute.Soup dumplings could have been... soupier? Not so bad if you dunk it in the vinegar + Chilli oil combo, but just felt like it could've been a bit elevated based off the price we paid.I recommend the green beans to go with any entre you order.

Walking into this restaurant me and my friends were extremely excited after hearing amazing things from tik tok. We got seated and ordered. Me and one of my friends ordered an original ten piece dumplings. The other two friends ordered 5 garlic dumplings, 4 original dumplings and 1 spinach dumpling equaling the amount of a 10 piece dumpling meal. As we ordered everything seemed completely normal and the waitress had no questions about our order. About 10 minutes later out walks two waitresses with 5 SEPARATE garlic dumpling meals, 4 SEPARATE original dumpling meals, and 1 WHOLE spinach dumpling meal. As they put down our order we immediately corrected them saying this is not at all what we ordered and the waitstaff argued and made it seem like it was completely our fault. We explained that we were NEVER told that by ordering different kinds of dumplings we would then be served those dumplings in the FULL MEAL. The waitstaff made us pay $150 for dumplings that one we did not ask for and two tasted as if they were warmed up from costco. Me and my friends are extremely upset and feel as though they knew what they were doing when they scammed us. I hope if anyone learns anything from this review it’s that Bryan’s Dumpling House is not at all worth it. I hope you enjoyed the laughter you could have about scamming 4 college girls.

Painfully overpriced for the quality that was delivered. A partially saving grace is the very attentive service. With "Dumpling House" in the name, I have expectations that the dumplings will be the showstopper. They are NOT. These are the same small, poor quality xiao long bao that can be acquired at Trader Joe's. As many reviewers have pointed out, their soup dumplings lacked the requisite "soup." Bryan's offers eight different riffs on the dumpling and quite honestly they differ so very little. As we do whenever we trial a new restaurant, we over order in an effort to broadly sample the offerings. In addition to the meh-long-bao (pun inserted with intention), we ordered Deep Fried Peppercorn Chicken, accepting the warning of heat from our server. While the "peppercorn" was certainly present (I would estimate they comprised 80% of the plate contents), the "chicken" was not. We literally received a chicken dish with FOUR morsels of chicken!!! When this was pointed out to the lady whom we presume to be the manager, she doubled down that this is how the dish is regularly prepared. I checked on-line at customer pictures and I am certain I count more than FOUR pieces of chicken. The few bites we did trial were dry and literally one-note of just heat. Stir-fried Green Beans are an oily mess. The garlic is not sweated ahead of time, so it delivers the bitter profile, not the sweet of minced garlic. And the pork bits mixed in were chewy and unseasoned. I have attempted to make all the above dishes in my kitchen and I have failed terribly. I guess, "thank you, Bryan's Dumpling House" for showing me that I don't really suck THAT bad at Asian cuisine.

We love this place, food is authentic and always hot and fresh. They have a wide variety of options and gluten free as well. My niece loves the pork buns :)

We came here for the pork dumplings but honestly got blown away by the Chinese food available here. Metro Denver is a tough place for Chinese food so good to see a few spot come up the last few years.

The food was very tasty but not overstated. If I lived in town I certainly would go back to try more of the menu. The staff was attentive. Not much for ambiance though.

Good food and good service. Place is nice and clean and bright. Dumplings were pretty good and filling.

The restaurant is clean and have nice atmosphere. Now the food is pretty much terrible. I ordered Mapo tofu with pork and there was NO pork. Just bunch of poorly sliced tofu in a very watery sauce with no pork at all. You can get better food at your local Chinese take out.

Very clean! Everything was absolutely delicious. We love Din Tai in Costa Mesa and haven't found anything that scratches the itch until we found Bryans. So so so good!

I’m not going to the lie the food was great. The atmosphere was great. Now the service it was alright. They did have us wait for the food a little while but kept bringing water. Now once I got home it hit me. My stomach began hurting so bad. I never felt pain like that before. I threw up all the food. I’m not sure if the meat was undercooked. But something did not sit well with my stomach. I went to culinary school and if something makes you use the bathroom right away or cause pain it was no good.

We came here for Valentines Day - trying to treat ourselves What a mistake - We got the lunch set with the soup dumplings, cucumber salad, and chicken fried rice Everything needed salt I had to ask for ginger and a ramikan to make my sauce and then they only brought one and was confused why I would ask for one for my husband. I've been to a lot of dumpling places and this was not good. I mean meat was clean and looked great but no flavor. Super Disappointing!
