Loved it! We are in the car going home and I had to do my review. Thank you to everyone mentioning the queso!!!! It was some of the best we’ve ever tried!! So good. Everything was so good tho! Husband and I each got bowls and they were massive! Mine looks like I barely touched it. We will definitely go back.

I couldn’t find the food truck on Google but have to leave a review. The McConcha was so delicious. Not too sweet and really complements the flavor of the sausage patty. The sauce was perfect drizzled on the tots and sandwich. The truck was at ACE in uptown Denver. Definitely stop here. The guy working was really nice too.

The food here is always delicious and not like anywhere else in Denver! I love this place and the staff is very friendly.
Absolute worst thing is they’re closed Sunday, but best burritos in the area hands down. Nobody comes close

Screens to order your own food when you walk in the door. It was a bit crowded. They did offer indoor and outdoor seating. I bought a 1/2 order of the carne asada fries (one of their specials)-which were pretty greasy. It had too much cheddar cheese on it. If I was to order it again, I would order without the cheese. It was enough for two people.
They did have a salsa bar with grilled serrano peppers 😍. And my favorite, grapefruit jarritos.

The food is great and the portions are huge. Burritos are bigger than your head and you get multiple tacos per order. The chips are good quality and so are the rice and beans. I haven’t had anything bad when it comes to the food.
The only knock on the place is its size. It is super cramped inside with only 10-12 people which can cause chaos when ordering and picking up food.

Best breakfast burrito in the Denver Metro area… literally HUGE! Their salsa bar is great w/ so much variety of salsas and toppings. The burrito is maybe a couple bucks more than local competitors but at least double the size.

Awesome queso. Except overpriced. My girlfriend and I went in twice. And got a taller cup of queso. That was reasonable. But there 6 ounce dinky portion is B.S. for the price and amount of chips, when we got our delivery. Just because your queso is good doesn't mean you can rip people off with a shitty amount of queso for the price! God forbid you give people a reasonable amount. Chipotle does better! Won't order queso again with delivery
total crap, not worth the price.

This place is so tasty, everything on the menu has great flavor and the proportions are huge. The salsa bar has plenty of options. The super hot is a flavor explosion.
When are you opening in Lakewood!!
BEST CRISPY TACOS IN COLORADO.
I’ve been talking about these tacos forever and just realized I never actually reviewed them… honestly, what an injustice 😭
Fixing that immediately because I’m literally going today out of guilt.
Go. Now.
Outdoor seating and right next to Pindustry. The combo is great.

HELLA good tacos.
Birria.. don't even start with me. My mouth is watering thinking of it.
Salsa bar.. out of this world. Green is the best (obviously)
I'm also from California and appreciate good Mexican in Colorado... this is it.
I tried the cauliflower taco for the heck of it and it was actually one of my favorites.
Guac is a must and I normally skip queso but tried it and now I'll always get it.
10/10!
