They doing it right over there at Carrera’s Tacos. I highly recommend the crispy queso tacos with your choice of filling. I went with birria and chicken and couldn’t have been more pleased. I returned and got a birria burrito with a chile relleno in it. Do yourself a favor and figure out how delicious that is for yourself.
Awesome little spot. The food is really good. Not a huge fan of the beans on the chille relleno burrito but everything else was really good. It is a little pricey for counter service but staff is on point and restraunt was clean. There is only room in the dining area for maybe 15 people so to-go orders are most likely. Parking can be a nightmare around dinner because of pindustry and The Rouge so be prepared to circle the lot a few times. I want to go back and try the crunchy...
If your looking for the meatiest, juiciest, done better then your Mexican mama made you carne asada burrito, then this is your spot!!! Holy cow was there asada burrito with jalapeño queso good! 10/10
