Took a friend's advice and went for the Lamb and avocado bowl for our first time in a Cava. Perfect! Great spices. I'm stuffed. Malachi and Kendall were great hosts with the suggestions and help we needed in Yukon, OK. Thanks guys!

A great place to mash up food and eat it too. Easier to digest! The staff really like their job, I’m kidding, how could you like your job at minimum wage? What’s minimum wage nowadays $12 (Virginia)? The food is good, but online ordering takes a long time and it's rarely ready when they say it will be. Order at 11:20 estimated to be ready at 12:00 and I still have to wait 10-15 minutes. So almost an hour. Meanwhile I could've ordered at the counter at the same time and been done eating even with the typical lunch time line.
Great food and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us because we had no idea how to put together our order since it was our first time here. Thank you!

My wife and I got a bowl but I got more bowl then food. Never ordered from cava but our server kept mumbling and staring at me when I asked questions on what I can get. The ventilation was really loud so I wasn't sure what he was saying, even after asking him to repeat himself multiple times. The steak was pretty chewy and flavorless although I didn't have to worry too much since the server made sure to give me a small amount. My wife ordered the lamb, she said hers was skimpy also, but she did say it was tasty. The total was $32 for both bowls but it was hardly worth it.

I initially left a lower rating, but I'm adding a couple of stars back because corporate refunded the order they messed up.
The food here is tasty and seems high-quality. The staff are not the brightest. The digital drive-through (which is only for picking up online/mobile orders, not for ordering) is extremely slow-- it sometimes takes them a couple of minutes to even come to the window when you pull up. I recently had them say they had my receipt but somehow misplaced my food and had to remake it while I waited-- I didn't mind the wait, but their story (and how many times I had to give them my name/show them my order confirmation) was weird.
I'm not the kind of customer to normally check inside the bag before I drive away from a drive-through, but I recently had an experience where they gave me a bag even though I selected that I didn't need one when ordering, and then when I got home, it turned out they'd given me an entirely wrong order (a bowl instead of a pita sandwich, with a different type of meat), so I'll definitely be more careful with them in the future.
