Had no problems with this location til about 3 weeks ago, Bit into some Rare jelly Nuggets, Tried again yesterday, Nugget quality is just not there anymore, Feels like low quality chicken, but you pay 30$ for it.

One of my least favorite locations in CO. They rush YOU and the food comes cold… That’s probably why the line moves so quickly, they’re serving old stuff. And don’t even bother asking for more sauce because they will make you feel you asked to borrow $20. I’d rather pack my own lunch than to spend ANY time, or money at this location… So annoying

Make sure they read your order back. They did not read mine back to me. I asked for a total of two Dr Pepper‘s. I only got one at the window. I paid for my second soda. I had a total of three meals, but asked for my drink separately, they just look at you dumb like you made the mistake. Also, just a heads up lunchtime is a horrible time to come here. It is crazy hectic. You can barely get into the line. The employees are so overwhelmed. Taking the orders like I said they forgot to put down one of my Dr Pepper‘s even though it was their mistake I ended up paying for it at the window.
Insanely slow in the morning. Do not make the mistake of stopping here

It’s so annoying this is the closest Chick-fil-A to my house because this location is THE WORST. They have no quality control and the Manager Craig does not care about customer satisfaction at all. The Cobb salad is my favorite menu item and the last 4 to 5 times I’ve gotten the salad it’s full of wilted old lettuce, it’s disgusting. I reached out to the location prior last week after several bad experiences and prior to leaving a review as I wanted to give them an opportunity to correct their wrong doing and Craig the manager completely blew me off. I have been trying to avoid this location, but was really craving a salad after work tonight and to no surprise wilted disgusting lettuce. I never have issues with the Tamarac location or the location near Park Meadows or even the one by Sloan’s Lake near my job but this location .. UGH, it’s sucks.

The 2 orders that I put in both were correct and quite timely, especially for how busy they were when I went in. I forgot to get salt to add to the fries, which did need it but, I am sure some people wouldn't want heavy salt and therefore it was up to me to ask. Sense my order was to go, I didn't pay attention to the atmosphere but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Overall I was quite pleased with how it went.

I visited Chick-fil-A recently and ordered a classic chicken sandwich. As always, it was delicious and consistently excellent. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, and the bun was fresh and soft. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable.
