My partner and I both got food poisoning from this location, 2 weeks apart. We are both traumatized from ever eating chick fil an again. Not sure if this is a change in chicken or something with this location, but for us to both get food poisoning on 2 different occasions is a giant red flag.

This has got to be the worst chick fil a I've been too, I work close so I usually grab food from there whenever I don't have a lunch. Every single time without fail (4x now) I pick up a southwest salad, rush to work for my shift at 830pm. I go to eat the salad at 3am during my lunch and they forget the dressing. I'm finally fed up, today my order was spicy deluxe no tomatoes, sprite, salad. The salad had no dressing again, the sprite was just carbonation w/ no sprite and my spicy deluxe has tomatoes. They forgot the sauce for my fries and deluxe as well. Unnaceptable.

Not sure what the heck is wrong with this location but I constantly had issues with them when I was driving for DoorDash and now the other day I took my son for dinner and they forgot cheese on his sandwich. My son brought it to the front and explained the situation, the young guy asked for a receipt from my 10 YEAR OLD to prove I had paid for cheese on his sandwich. I work in customer service, this is NOT how you handle a situation like this. I didn’t realize chick fil a was suffering so bad that a piece of cheese would break the bank if I DIDNT pay.

Good fresh food! Like any popular food place parking can be crazy!The employees do a great job under extreme conditions.High School kids, you need to demonstrate manners, discipline and social skills. You are out of control at this public restaurant!

So dirty lately! The floors and tables are filthy. So unusual for a Chick-fil-a. Update: a year later and still the dirtiest Chick-fil-a I have ever been in. Will no longer eat here.

As a person with a gluten allergy I was happy to know I could eat here without severe limitations but to find out I had to make my own sandwich (gluten free bun came on the side) && that they still put the beller peppers that have wheat in them in my order with my cobb salad I will avoid this place. It's not a small thing to have to constantly check ingredients, so when someone says they have an allergy, don't include that in their bag. Also, unchanging $1.50 for a different bun and then requiring me to put my sandwich together is completely "othering". Switch gloves and put together the sandwich, then go about the rest of your day. It's really not an issue for you to do that because that's part of the job. Truly disappointed and irritated at this experience. Won't come here again.
