This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. If they don’t completely miss an ingredient (missed chicken in my wife’s whole bowl for an online pick up) they completely skimp you on everything. If you order pickup no one will help you or ask for your name like literally every other chipotle will do. It’s a horrible experience.

I placed an online order and had to wait over 30 minutes past my pickup time (45 from order time). I was repeatedly told it was being worked on. After I finally made it home, the order was wrong and items were missing.

The price inconsistency is interesting, one minute they charge for sauce the next minute they don’t. Horrible sanitation practices, employees should not be taking payment with the same gloves that they’re preparing food with. Gross! 🤢Won’t be eating here again.

The review summary says staff is rushed and inattentive. Couldn't be more true. Got a kids quesadilla. Also comes with fruit. Get back to where we're staying and the tray was missing the quesadilla and the fruit. Should've paid more attention since I noticed a dude rushing everyone

They are always out of all of their Tabascos. 50% of the time I go in there they dont have any. Whoever does the ordering at this Chipotle is terrible at their job.

I recently came here after I went to the gym with my wife. After looking at the meat and the beans, I walked out. Looked cold, dry, and honestly nasty.

It's a shame that Denver is where Chipotle started, but almost every store in the area is so inconsistent with quality. Being from Chicago, Chipotle's there are held to a much higher standard across the board. It starts with management and caring - follow the template that has been set forth by corporate.
