Chipotle as a whole needs to start serving most amount of protein I need more meat instead of Rice and beans instead of meat if I am paying extra or even just a scoop size of protein, it should be the amount that I am paying and I’m very disappointed on how the amount of protein that I am receiving either if that is chicken steak or specialty it is very disappointing because the protein is what I need most in my meal. Please take this in consideration.

charged me for 11.90 in all for a kids steak quesadilla and for an extra kids quesadilla with steak. didn't even give me 3 more sides, the extra quesadilla costed more than the kids quesadilla meal with 3 sides and the man didnt give me the right price even though ive gotten the same order so many times and they gave me like maybe 5 steak cubes on the second quesadilla

Poor service and inaccurate orders. Food is frequently under-seasoned. Management is lazily coasting off the exclusivity of the area (DTC) and not actually interested in putting out a quality product, or correcting mistakes that they have made. Go to the Hampden location instead.

One of the serving staff was extremely rude. I only asked for beans and steak, then I asked for extra beans and they were given when I asked for extra steak she didn’t want to give me any and we she did it was just enough to cover the ripe of the serving spoon. The other staff watched and laughed, will not be coming back ever again and will make sure everyone that I know not patronize this particular establishment.

I would avoid this chipotle if you could. Horrible customer service skills or lack of training. Chips was unsalted and the food tasted undercooked cooked. Mainly the rice . Employees was constantly on there phone but in way that they think we the customers cant see them. A manger at that .

The staff blocks the drives for no reason. Just because he doesn’t like me! I already weighed emails to doordhas to verify the information.. I am a driver and I have 5 stars in deliveries but they have blocked me and they do not know that we are responsible people and we only dedicate ourselves to doing our job !!!

I rushed to be able to order before they closed which is stated on google as 10pm. I walked in the door at 9:32 pm and instead of greeting me and taking my order they were mopping the floor and had the food tray pushed back where it was possible to get dirty water splashed on. They said just a min but while watching this mopping going on where all the food was exposed I left. I was pretty disappointed since I like chipotle and was craving a bowl. I then rushed to the Colorado Blvd location stating open until 11pm and when I arrived there it was closed 9:50 pm. Frustrating to find businesses closed when they state they are opne.!

Poor communication , the woman at the end gave a fit when I questioned the price. It would have been fine and I would have paid it. However she talked down to me and treated me less than. It’s not always what you say but how your tone and body language. I’m not paying anyone after Ive been made to feel uncomfortable. No one deserves that. Treat your. Customers better please

I ordered a quesadilla through the mobile app and when I received it, it was absolutely pathetic. It's barely even a quesadilla. See the photos for the size and the portions. This is criminal for what is being charged for a warm tortilla. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I tried to report it on the app but nothing was done about it.

Donovan was the best chipotle employee I've had yet. He didn't let my tortilla shell drag on' the cutting board and knew to fold it up nicely, he cared about making my food & did a really fantastic job! The manager also offered a free drink bc the rice was gone! Best chipotle location I've visited and I dont know Donovan he just really wowed me with very detail oriented service
