If I could give this place zero stars I would, they’re constantly late on online orders, tonight they RAN OUT OF FOOD. I have been to multiple chipotles over the years and we frequent this location because it’s SO convenient and it’s always a terrible experience, I’ve never heard of one running out of food. One night their register was down so everyone had to use the app-and the staff giggled as they told us. Constantly messing up the order and super inconsistent on portions. Tonight when they did run out of chicken at 8pm there was ZERO apology, they have literal children working there, the one person who looked old enough to be a manager put someone’s food behind me in a to go bag for an online order, he has to point it out to her? It’s honestly all around a mess. Customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Subpar at wrapping burritos every time I come here I have to have the re-wrap it chipotle you were going downhill with the type of employees that don’t have the training to wrap a burrito properly. Have your executives get together and actually train these people on how to actually make a burrito and then you guys expect tips. This is hilarious.

Do not come here. Came here for lunch on friday and got the worst food poisoning i’ve ever had. Chipotle has a reputation of making people sick but i thought that was over i’ve been both vommiting and going to the bathroom for 72 hours straight. The food tasted old and stale but i still ate because i had to go back to work.

After leaving the restaurant and gettin home I find a king piece of hair in my burrito AFTER I ate half of it!! Instantly I threw up and took my sons food that I got for him to the trash. I went back to get a refund and they wouldn’t even refund me for my whole order! Talkin about we ate some of the food. You can’t make this up. I end up leaving with no food, and less money than I paid. I don’t recommend anyone goes to this place!!! Dirty and the workers didn’t even apologize and were rude about refunding me my money. What a shame chipotle! I ate here for over a decade! You guys lost a great customer and I’ll make sure to let everyone know

This place is disgusting. The sour cream is CHUNKY the guac is ALWAYS brown. The lettuce is nasty. I found a HAIR IN MY FOOD. I recommend you NEVER go here. it is so gross in there. DONT

99% sure my card was skimmed here,,I just moved to town and go to the same 4 places daily for the last 2-3 months & no issues, until my first time going here for lunch yesterday & got this weird feeling leaving & 20-30 min. After leaving my card was charged 10 times before my bank notified me
I love this place!! I always get their corn because it is my favourite! I used to come here weekly and would always scooter over. Whether it is a burrito or a bowl or a kids meal its amazing. Whenever I get the kids meal I always get two corns so you probably know me for that. I eat this before I exercise and it is always filling. Some of the staff are slow, but they always improve so it’s the thought that counts.
Always fresh, clean and efficient. That’s what this chipotle is all about. I’ve been here numerous times and each time it’s been a great experience. The dining room is a little small compared to other chipotle’s but they do have a nice patio that is pleasant when the weather is nice. You can tell that the staff really take pride in their work with how friendly they are and how clean the restaurant is. Easy to get in and out of with quick access to the highway both northbound and southbound. If you’re in the area, it’s a great place to stop.
Got my burrito in a timely manner even though it was packed on a weekday at lunchtime. Makes sense. I placed a mobile order and while there were so many doordashers by the pick-up stand, my order was done and ready. The burrito wasn't as good as usual which sucks but it wasn't terrible. I always love chipotle but maybe this one is best when not extremely crowded. Stop by in the less busy hours like 3 might result in a much yummier burrito!

This chipotle is Mids.They missed on my whole order and the food is bland. Not sure if the food is old or if they jus add water to keep it looking “fresh”.?Definitely a miss. Won’t be back.

Why are you letting dogs in your restaurant? I watched someone bring a non-service dog into your store today, and none of you did a thing to stop it. Licked everything in sight, jumped up and licked a water jug being carried by an employee. Y'all did nothing. I mean, I'm sure I'm not the first person to suggest dogs in your restaurant is extremely gross and unsanitary.
