Always an amazing experience! The staff is so courteous and hospitalitable! The establishment is beautiful. And most importantly, the food! Oh my, the food is so good! Chicken is the flagship of this vessel and it sails proudly! Everything feels/tastes fresh! Still haven't tried everything cause there's so much that is so good! Even the desserts! No matter what, you will have a pleasure here! The staff, the atmosphere, the food!

Ordered takeout. The food was tasty. The service was lacking. Stood there for 10 minutes with 3 staff members ignoring me. They weren't very busy at the time. The order was ready and sitting on the back bench when we got there. I gave them my name Sandy. They said there was no order with that name. I looked up the order and I was at the right place. The ticket listed Sandra. Just wanted to pull the hair out of my head.

My first visit to Chook Chicken and won’t be my last. So so good! Please put some in Dallas. ?It’s an order at the counter and then they bring it to your table place. So many delicious sounding options on the menu. I need to go back to try more.We both went with sandwiches, the BLAT and the curry chicken salad. Both were home runs. The sourdough bread is great, and hold up nicely with a full sandwich. I loved the cashews in the curry sandwich. It added great flavor and crunch. The chicken was tender and lots of it. We split some of the wedges with the most amazing ranch. The wedges themselves had lots of spice and flavor. Portions were good. For drinks they have some interesting soda and tea options along with wine and tasty sounding cocktails. Lots of seating inside and a sunny patio area for outdoor dining. They also have jarred pickled veggies for sale. And you can get any of the food togo.Overall some delicious chicken and side items. Go try it! ?

We get Chook for ourselves often and absolutely love it. Earlier this month I catered Chook for an office lunch and everything was sublime! Great service, and even better food. Absolutely no leftovers, but there was plenty for seconds all around! Keep up the great work y'all!

Cut up the chicken! We had to wrestle that rascal to the table tosaw off the wing and leg quarter. I know, first world problem.... But it was very tender and tasty. Also had a chop salad, mashers and gravy (Mama's) and Mac and Cheese. I've gotta say the Mac and Cheese was fabulous, especially the macaroni ... cooked perfectly. Had 2 sauces: BBQ and chimichuri (sp?). Most store traffic appeared to be takeout. Very industrial feel, order at the front and they bring it out. It appeared we were supposed to bus our own table ... so why tip? Anyway, large portions with take home boxes. Good enough to try again.

Probably the best chicken we've ever had, we got some of the sauces but honestly just the flavor in the chicken by itself was exquisite. Split the chicken for two and with the salad and sides was a very filling and delicious meal, will definately be taking friends and family here in the future.Dietary restrictions: Very accomodating of specific nut allergies

We ordered dinner for a 5:45 pickup for a school fundraiser. I got a notification at 5:21 that the order was ready. I called because I didn't want my food sitting for 25 minutes before pickup. I had to call 3 times. The first two calls went to a voicemail that was full and not accepting new messages. Finally I got through to someone and they said it would be ready at 5:45 and the notification was not correct and it was something to do with their computers. Dubious. Anyway, we get the food home and it's cold. The rolls were cold and hard, the chicken was barely warm. The rotisserie chicken was dry and not great tasting. Overall we were pretty disappointed and won't be going back. I have no idea how there are so many positive reviews.TL;DR Just get a Costco $5 rotisserie chicken which is way better and literally less than a tenth of the price I paid for mediocre cold food.

Was picking up a DoorDash order and they decided to lock the door prior to closing when they knew there was an order still not picked up. I sat outside banging on the door in 19 degree weather for at least 5 minutes before they noticed and brought the order to me. Absolutely awful experience.

A fantastic place to grab great chicken and home-cooked food!Never in my life have I craved chicken the way I crave Chook. This chicken is seriously some of the best chicken I've ever had in my life, it reminds me of a German rotisserie chicken during Oktoberfest. It is seasoned to perfection, and I like that you can order dark or white meat upon ordering. The times I've been here I've ordered the same thing which is dark meat chicken, the potato wedges, and a Greek salad. This combination is stellar! Also, a sidenote, their ranch is some of the best ranch sauce I've ever had! The prices are also fair, for example, you can get a dinner for two with chicken, two sides, and a salad for around $32. The ambience inside of Chuck is a relaxed one.The staff here is super nice and accommodating, and I get a very chill and nice vibe from them! :) 10/10 I will always recommend Chook to anyone who will listen!

This place is on the top of my list to visit each time I visit the area. Coming from Colorado Springs, I’m not in often. But when I am, the GM, Devin, and his entire team make me feel apart of the family. Not to mention the food is spectacular; so fresh and full of flavor! Highly recommend the wedge fries with ranch on the side, their chopped salad, the chicken salad sandwich, and the s’mores dessert. Adam and Alex (owners), PLEASE open a Chook in Colorado Springs. It’s such an active city but has very few healthy and fresh options. I think it would be a successful location!
