I got 10 cookie in total & 4 of them were the cosmic brownies. They are so dry & hard. I ended up calling this location & told them what happened then she processed to tell me that if I don't have it in a warm place then it will get hard. I always get cookies from here & they are never hard like this there usually good for a few days. It was hard as soon as I got home. The lady was saying there not lava & I told her I never said it was suppose to be lava & I told her that I never said it was suppose to be lava cakes they are just hard & dry.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Crumbl this evening. While the cookies were delicious, the overall experience was subpar. I was not greeted upon entering, had to approach the employees for my online order, and was handed my box of cookies rudely. Upon realizing my order was incorrect, I had to return to the location where I witnessed an employee handling the cookies in an unsanitary manner. This experience was unacceptable and left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service and hygiene practices at your establishment.
