I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ on 8/4 around 6:15 PM. I had placed a mobile order and went straight to the drive-thru window since there were no cars in line. When the employee opened the window, I told her we had a mobile order. She immediately told me I needed to stop at the speaker next time—which I understand—but her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for.

She slammed the window shut and rolled her eyes at us. Then, despite our order being placed in advance and it only being one beverage, she took a long time to bring it to the window. When she finally handed it to us, she did so with the same rude attitude and no professionalism at all.

When I asked for her name, she paused and then just shouted the name written on the cup—which is my daughter’s name, the person who placed the order. It honestly felt like she was being sarcastic and avoiding accountability.

I don’t appreciate being treated this way, especially when I’m out with my family. If someone doesn’t want to deal with customers, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Dunkin’ needs to do better when it comes to training staff on basic respect and professionalism.

Online order for chocolate iced doughnuts aka raised doughnuts. Received the chocolate iced but with red and blue sugar and hard white star candies as toppings.

Those toppings ruin the texture and flavor of the original doughnut. I would suggest making sure that both options are available for customers because not everyone wants toppings.

Arrived trying to break a 50 dollar bill, and they said it was to early to take that currency. So stupid definitely will not be coming back here again. Dunkin is worth 11.5 billion and you cant take a bill that early. Get you stuff straight

They made me a horrible iced coffee and they were out of the items i wanted to order in the middle of the day.

Placed an online order, for some reason the staff working today on Saturday had no idea what we ordered outside of the 2 coffees. We had to remind them what food we got and had already paid for, which apparently they were out of and had no way of refunding us because a manager wasn’t working today. I love Dunkin but this interaction baffled me with how unorganized the people working today were. Supposedly the manager will be calling us to get a refund since no one there could do it, I understand the manager having days off but why isn’t there anyone in charge at the store that knows what they’re doing?

I’m going to start off this review by saying I’m a father of 2 children married, and a Piolt who makes a decent living. The reason I’m saying this is because Melissa made me out to be a creep today, and her employee uncomfortable as well, I come to this Dunkin once or twice a week because I fly out of centennial airport, and the Piolt lounge doesn’t have food so if I’m hungry I come get food on my way to work, well this week I had to come a two days in a row because our coffee machine was down, which is fine coffee is usually great and the service as well! There is a sweet young girl with glasses that always helps me and she’s super nice and fast and also takes the time to make sure everything’s correct. She helped me today for the 2 nd day in a row now, and for a brief moment we made eye contact while I was on the phone looking in the restaurant from the window and she smiled at me and I smiled back, well according to Melissa that called for a aggressive approach to the window and to tell me she’s only 16 then close the window and walk away, so I signaled for her to come back to see what I did that maybe caused for the confusion, Melissa told me that I was coming back for her and I have an agenda. And I told her I would have made my intentions clear if I had an agenda, I’m simply here to get my coffee and move along, and I was smiling at, as far as I’m concerned an an employee whose better than their own manager at customer service. I could tell the girl clearly could tell that there was a problem as me and the manager were going back and forth. And is probably confused because I have never approached her in a non professional manner, so I won’t be returning and didn’t even have the stomach to eat the food I bought.

I recommend Melissa’s removal from management due to unsafe attitudes for a safe work environment.

It’s 9:20 in the morning on Friday December 6th. My boyfriend and I are sitting down enjoying our breakfast and observed a strange situation. There are two people waiting for their food. Store is empty besides us 4 people, and the person who appears to be the manager is speaking in SUCH a loud and rude tone of voice to her staff. Clearly getting overwhelmed and taking it out on the other workers and at one point telling the 2 people waiting for their items “everyone just needs to back up right now” (they weren’t even close to the counter). The rest of the workers were responding to her calmly and respectfully, but no one should ever speak down to their staff that way. Great food and service as always, but such an out of place interaction to see from what is usually such a friendly chain. The customers take note not just of how you treat us but how you treat your staff as well. Would have been 5 stars if not for this.
