Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is upscale but still relaxed, and the service is top-tier — attentive without ever feeling rushed. The seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared, and the steak was one of the best I’ve had in Denver. The cocktails were on point and the dessert was the perfect finish. Whether it’s a business dinner or a date night, Eddie V’s delivers every time. Highly recommend! 🥂🍽️

Service and food are top notch. The band in the bar was good but so loud with an amplified kick drum that my ears hurt and we're still ringing for my drive home. No one sat anywhere near the band. I wish the servers or management had done something. Please just work with the bands to make it enjoyable.

Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. Our server was funny, checked up on us often but not too much, and was very professional. All of the food was cooked to perfection and my friend and I had a very relaxing evening.

This was our first time to Eddie V's. Everything was excellent and first class: drinks at the bar, service, food, and ambiance. We were celebrating a birthday, and they made it special. We are definitely going back!

This will likely be our new favorite spot! The food, which was delicious, was matched by the exceptional service. We were celebrating our anniversary, and every course was perfect. The jumbo lump crab cake appetizer was big enough to share, and my husband and I got the specials, halibut for me and filet medallions for him. Everything was exceptional. I would recommend Eddie V's to anyone, especially if you have a special occasion to mark. We will be back!

We had a great experience here. We were celebrating our 10th year anniversary and had never been here since we were saving it for a special occasion. We were not disappointed. Great service, they made us a special table string in celebration and we wished happy anniversary by all the staff we dealt with. Food and service was better than expected. We will definitely be back!

We were a large group and they were very accommodating. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious . All the staffs were super friendly from start to finish.

We have been coming to Eddie's at least once a month. The bar area has a major drawback in the evenings. After 6:30, the live music becomes quite loud, making it difficult to have a normal conversation. It might be enjoyable for those who like a lively atmosphere, but if you're hoping to chat over drinks, it's not ideal. The band could also use a bit more polish to match the venue's otherwise nice setting. We would love to come back, but for know we will check out other venues.

Love this place! If you sit in the bar area there's a live band. The dining area would be better for business meetings or those hard of hearing. Yummy wine selection and great food. I recommend the yellowtail!

We have been to Eddie V's several times, as this is a fine dining establishment that we enjoy. The food, service, and environment is always pretty excellent. As it should be for the price you will pay at this establishment. Our recent trip was an Anniversary dinner. Eddie V's offers an extensive seafood menu, some choice beef options, and its wine menu is fantastic. The environment is a little more casual than I'd like for a fine dining establishment; however, that's really not that important. The food was delicious, as always. Fresh, vibrant, and seasoned beautifully. We sat on the patio this time around. Unfortunately, our service was not good—something I would not expect at a restaurant of this quality. The server was just off his game. Very long waits for drinks, errors with appetizers, and lengthy waits between check-ins. That being said, the manager did check in with us toward the end of our meal. We did communicate our disappointment with the service, but let him know the food was still excellent. Within about 10 minutes, he returned with a $50 comp certificate. Something we did not request. This demonstrated this restaurant's commitment to excellence, and furthermore, that the manager that evening truly cared about the performance of the complete experience. On average, you're going to drop $250.00 $300.00 minimum for appetizers, drinks, and entrees (2 people). Therefore, my expectations will be high, and substandard cuisine would not be something I would tolerate. This was not the case at Eddie V's. While the service was extremely substandard, the food was not. The manager clearly cared. We did notice the server comping other tables as well, and the manager was visibly seen watching that performance after the complaints. This is something we appreciated, and we will return without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend Eddie V's. It is a fine dining establishment that truly cares about its quality in all aspects of the dining experience. The food is always exceptional. An off night for the server? Absolutely. However, that happens.
