Food was delicious. Great bar vibe and the live entertainment was really good. The service was excellent!

Food was outstanding as always. I do have to mention the service though. Although service is always top-notch, Elijah, our waiter went above and beyond to the point we will always request seating at his tables if available. Kudos to him and all the staff.

It's nice to be remembered at Eddie V's. I appreciated the great booth table in the main dining room. Diego took great care of us and the food was perfectly prepared and served on a timely basis. The restaurant manager paid us a personal visit and all the staff made us feel like a valued customer. Delightful evening!

We sat in the bar to have a cozy dinner with another couple. The live music was a major distraction and much too loud for the space. The ambience of live music is a nice touch, but at the volume level we experienced made conversations very difficult. This is second time we found the singers too loud.

My husband and I have been loyal guests at Eddie V's in Greenwood Village since its opening in 2020. The food has always been exemplary—from the oysters and seafood towers to the perfectly prepared sea bass and steaks, and of course, the bananas foster we can never skip. Eddie V's has long been one of our favorites because of the consistent quality of the menu. However, tonight (August 23rd) we were reminded that an outstanding restaurant is made even more memorable by the people who run it. We absolutely fell in love with the staff—specifically our server, Jeremy Vlad, and manager Frank Orsini. Jeremy was incredible—professional, attentive, and personable. He didn't just take our order; he truly engaged with us, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Frank also went above and beyond. My husband and I are expecting our first child, and not only did Frank make our dinner feel like a true celebration, but he even took the time to recommend a book for my husband to read as we enter this new chapter. Both Jeremy and Frank shared how much they enjoy being part of the Eddie V's family, and their pride and loyalty to the brand were both genuine and inspiring. As business owners ourselves—we own several commercial properties in Littleton—we know firsthand how rare and valuable it is to have employees who not only deliver exceptional service but also speak so highly of their workplace. It's a sign of strong leadership and a company culture worth celebrating. We've always come to Eddie V's for the food, but tonight we left with an even deeper appreciation for the people. Jeremy and Frank deserve recognition for making our evening unforgettable and for embodying the very best of Eddie V's. Bravo to both of them—and to Eddie V's for cultivating such an exceptional team.

Flavors and presentation were great! They also went all out for our birthdays, making it feel very special.

As usual, Eddie V's delivers on a festive dining experience. It is my "go to" restaurant for birthdays and special occasions because of the special touches and attentive service. And yes, the food is consistently delicious and the portions are abundant. Lily Appelman

We were celebrating my friend's promotion and Jack was very nice and attentive. The food was great and service was just as what it should be. A fresh rose was a nice touch to wrap up our evening.

A perfect night on the patio. Lobster tacos and steak tartare for appetizers. Ahi tuna and halibut for main course. All food was extraordinary! Chance provided exwmplary service. Can't wait for the next visit!

food and service are almost always exceptional. Parking is the pits if you want to self-park, which I do. The valets have effectively taken over almost all onsite parking.

Food, service, ambiance all outstanding! Would go there over and over. So much more I'd like to try! Highly recommend!

We are outside, celebrating a birthday. Good was fantastic and amounts were generous. We loved the steak sliders offered for $11.00 for 2. Enjoyed the Asian inspired calamari. The crab cakes are always fabulous! And they treated the birthday girl so nicely.
