I want to recognize Zani at Einstein Bros. Bagels for providing truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, making every customer feel valued with her positive attitude and genuine smile. The entire store was spotless, well organized, and running efficiently, which is a clear reflection of her leadership and attention to detail. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the overall experience was exceptional. Zani is a tremendous asset to Einstein Bagels and a perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Thank you, Zani, for making my visit so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

They always have lox. Love that. A little sloppy on the sandwich sometimes though. All lox was on half the bagel sandwich today for example. Just happy you had lox though

As a fan of Einstein Bagels, this was a disappointing failure. Service was slow (even with an empty store), come noon they had limited bagel options and worst of all, it didn't taste right at all (All-Nighter specifically). Will not be returning.

A bagel is now a bagel thin, and shmear is now just a suggestion of cream cheese. These used to be a meal; now it’s an hors d’oeuvre.

Roger was so kind and helpful in regards to our annual turkey trot /donation in our neighborhood. The staff is super great and they bend over backwards to serve their customers. And the bagels are always delicious!
