Einstein Bros. Bagels

I must say, the customer service was above and beyond. I’ve been to others and it was very transactional, get in, get out but today was definitely different in a good way. I enjoyed the country bagel and gravy sandwich and it was amazing! Loved the pepper shmear and the sausage bagel was tasty!

Standard Einstein's menu. The apple pie pastry could have benefitted from a little more of the apple filling. It was mostly pastry. The coffee was okay, but a little less than full.

Service was okay but not especially welcoming except when the manager walked through.

Parking was readily available early in the morning.

The dining area was disgusting when I went around noon on a Sunday. It sorta made me lose my appetite and I wondered how clean the kitchen was but I was in a hurry. After I left, I discovered that my burrito was still cold on one side. Overall pretty disappointing and would not recommend.

I am so happy there’s a new manager in this location. This place is the best. The bagels are always fresh, the employees everyone is so amazing! The bathrooms are clean which is always a good thing. So happy the einsteins by house is good now!

This manager is extremely opinionated and confrontational. Then when they forgot my hashbrowns I called to see if I could drive back and pick up the forgotten hashbrowns they said sure. So I drive back, walk in say I'm here to pick up my hashbrowns they hand me a bag. I open it to check I got them as I walking to my to find three bagels. When I go in to let me know that I was there for hashbrowns not the bagels, the manager cuts me off to inform me I am wrong and ordered the bagels. I would recommend taking your bagel business to either the other Einstein down the street or possibly any other establishment.

We love coming to this location! The current store manager is amazing and always positive. The food is always so yummy and so fresh, and the store always looks great. They have some little doggie bagels too, and we always make sure to snag one for our pup!

The All Nighter is a great sandwich. A couple of things i’d like to add is that the 2 blonde boys who are always working are always smiling and laughing with everyone and they get the food out quick. The blonde lady who I presume to be the General Manager is very loud and sometimes can be over stepping and obnoxious. The other crew i’ve seen working seems okay just wish the guy upfront would smile more

Trisha and usually the whole staff is friendly, professional, and hard working. Bagels always taste fresh and if you ask for extra butter or cream cheese it’s always done right and not skimped on. Excellent. ??. Will come again.

The employees at this location were incredibly friendly! They were super helpful gathering my catering order for teacher appreciation week. Even in the rush, they kept a positive attitude. It was so nice getting to meet the staff and joke in the morning. Much, much, much appreciated! THANK YOU!!!
