If I could give zero stars for customer service this would be the place. First time I went there in the morning I wasn’t really acknowledged, I assumed they were just busy and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time going and I was blatantly ignored to the point I didn’t even place an order and just left. 0/10

Parking: Parking is fine, but since Covid, this place has no chairs and no tables for inside seating. Very annoying that you have to take your sandwich and go somewhere else to eat it.

I had a hiccup with one of my orders not going through on the app, but Zack helped me out willingly and prioritized my order right then and there, despite the store being minutes from closing. It truly was a kind and thoughtful service.

Store says it’s open at 6 am, it’s 7:04 and was just scolded by an employee for asking if they are open. This has happened multiple times at this store…..
It's okay for bagels and sandwiches. The focus isn't on service but it's affordable and tasty

Very disappointing. First we were there around 7:30am and the muffins weren't even available. We have been to various Einstein locations and this was by far the worst bagels. Had 2 of the cheesy hashbrown bagels. One on a farmhouse and the other was toasted with cream cheese. Both bagels were flat as pancakes and were a bit raw. Probably will not return to this location.

Worst customer service ever!! Didn’t have my catering order ready in time. When asked to speak to a manager I was told “stuff happens”. When my bagels were ready, one employee shoved them at me, threw the cream cheese in the bag and said “I hope you drop them on your way out”. I’ve never been treated so rudely or inappropriately. Shameful

This was the WORST customer service experience I've ever had. I had pre ordered bagels for our high school sports team. The order was not ready on time. I had one employee in a hoodie tell me "stuff happens we're busy". After getting frustrated with this interaction, I asked to speak to a manager; who was equally rude and said "stuff happens." Then the younger employee in a hoodie threw my cream cheese in my bag and said "I hope you drop all this stuff". I will never use this business again and would encourage others to find another place for bagels. Rude, inexperienced employees that have no business in customer service.
