Door dash delivery was a huge pain. Always is, finally giving a poor review on the establishment for it. Get s better delivery service, I don't pay a tip plus a $10 service and delivery fee to have to walk someone thru my complex even when there's directions in full detail on the order. If I'm pretty much paying for a 3rd burger just to get something delivered a few miles, I expect it to be seamless and easy and I don't think that's too much to ask for at that price. But this is stupid and out of hand

I love the food it's consistently fresh and thoroughly cooked I've never ran into a quality problem with my food at a five guys. The prices on the other hand are somewhat crazy compared to other places but I get with it not being fast food but also not being a restaurant it sits in a weird spot where the prices kinda make sense. Good for a meal every now and then unless you want to spend $$ on one burger.

My girlfriend and I got an order last week, but I didn’t get an extra patty on one of my burgers. I called, and Kyle, one of the managers, said to bring the receipt back so that my burger could be remade when I wanted another one. I was slightly hesitant because I didn’t want to be that guy who randomly comes in a week later asking for free food. However, I did go in, and to my surprise, Justin, another manager, comped my burger and milkshake. I already love Five Guys, but their amazing customer service made it even better. Thank you for making it right!

Pathetic early closing business that clearly area management have no idea about. Turned up at 9.45pm to locked doors and staff avoiding contact. Change your open hours if you ain't open. Seems all to common in the food industry now, staff and local management couldn't care less...

If you want to close at 8 then close at 8 but if you are open until 10 and get a to-go order at 8:30 and you deliver the absolute crap that I just received then you shouldnt be in business anymore. A "regular" fry not in any container whatsoever with the fries just thrown in a bag (barely any fries, not even enough that would fit in a small order) and a milkshake missing all the extras ordered and paid for is so ridiculous. Will never go back or order from this location again. If you hire staff too lazy to do their job or if the company is too cheap to pay enough staff to stay in the evening hours to actually make the food as ordered.. thats embarrassing.

For the simplicity of a a burger order, at the premium being paid they should be getting your order correct. The staff at the register got it, but not the guys putting together the order for neither of our burgers. Both had missing parts. Quality has been noticably going down at this location. The cleanliness is another notablly declining issue.

Just wanted to give an awesome review because the staff was so accommodating and friendly. I accidentally ordered my Uber eats to home instead of work and so called them to ask to see what I could do. They made sure to make it fresh when I was able to be there so I didn’t lose money on the app since, of course, Uber wouldn’t do anything to help. My mess up, but they made it so much better. All the guys working were the best. Thanks you again!

Satisfying cheeseburger - loads of add on toppings like grilled onions instead of raw for no added fee. Nice staff- peanuts while you wait is good for lunch with kids- easy going place.
