For fast food the service is very very good. Workers always greet you with a smile and ask me how my sales numbers are for the day (those are always good) whoever management is here is doing a great job, and servers, even better, and the double bacon burger all the way minus mayo is craved every day at 12pm
I love the food it's consistently fresh and thoroughly cooked I've never ran into a quality problem with my food at a five guys. The prices on the other hand are somewhat crazy compared to other places but I get with it not being fast food but also not being a restaurant it sits in a weird spot where the prices kinda make sense. Good for a meal every now and then unless you want to spend $$ on one burger.
My girlfriend and I got an order last week, but I didn’t get an extra patty on one of my burgers. I called, and Kyle, one of the managers, said to bring the receipt back so that my burger could be remade when I wanted another one. I was slightly hesitant because I didn’t want to be that guy who randomly comes in a week later asking for free food. However, I did go in, and to my surprise, Justin, another manager, comped my burger and milkshake. I already love Five Guys, but...
