I love the food it's consistently fresh and thoroughly cooked I've never ran into a quality problem with my food at a five guys. The prices on the other hand are somewhat crazy compared to other places but I get with it not being fast food but also not being a restaurant it sits in a weird spot where the prices kinda make sense. Good for a meal every now and then unless you want to spend $$ on one burger.
My girlfriend and I got an order last week, but I didn’t get an extra patty on one of my burgers. I called, and Kyle, one of the managers, said to bring the receipt back so that my burger could be remade when I wanted another one. I was slightly hesitant because I didn’t want to be that guy who randomly comes in a week later asking for free food. However, I did go in, and to my surprise, Justin, another manager, comped my burger and milkshake. I already love Five Guys, but...
Just wanted to give an awesome review because the staff was so accommodating and friendly. I accidentally ordered my Uber eats to home instead of work and so called them to ask to see what I could do. They made sure to make it fresh when I was able to be there so I didn’t lose money on the app since, of course, Uber wouldn’t do anything to help. My mess up, but they made it so much better. All the guys working were the best. Thanks you again!
