After reading such positive reviews, our family wanted to see for ourselves. To say we were pleasantly surprised doesn't adequately describe our experience. We absolutely and wholeheartedly enjoyed the food and the experience Fuji Hubachi and Sushi Restaurant offered. As first timers to the hibachi experience, we can honestly say it will NOT be our "one and done" adventure! The staff is courteous, the restaurant is clean, the hibachi chefs are skilled and entertaining, and the food is cooked to perfection. We very much look forward to our next visit to this fine establishment, and thank them for ensuring our evening was one worth repeating.

This is honestly one of my favorite places in Colorado. The have the most savory fried rice I've ever eaten in my life. The sushi is worth every bite.I hope you guys are open soon. I can't wait to come back.

My wife had a bento box, and I had the sashimi. The fish was super fresh and everything was delicious. There was a family there at one of the hibachi tables having a great time. The wait staff were friendly and did a great job. The only thing that I didn't care for was the 20% service charge that they added to the bill. I usually tip that much for good service but don't appreciate being charged that much. That being said I will be back but will be asking about the service charge.

We love going for Hibachi and after trying several different restaurants, Fuji is our go to for sure. Zach is the best chef. He makes dinner super fun, entertaining, and accommodating!

I brought my daughter here for dinner on New Year's Eve. We had a reservation. There was no wait for our table. Prices were what I'd expect to pay for hibachi. Service was excellent. Our chef was funny and did a great job. There were TVs on with the Broncos game so it wasn't particularly romantic or fancy feeling but that was fine with us. Portions are HUGE.

If it takes that long to not even be seated I CANNOT imagine how long the food would take! Avoid this place if you value your time and money. Hospitality is shit !
