Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Friendly employees, but this review is to educate people what they are buying for $14.00. The burgers are extremely pathetic. My costco membership card is bigger than the burger. The photos is so people have a sense of scale. Everyone said prices had to go up because employees needed more pay and I'm fine with that, but then short change your customers the product they're paying for on top of that? Come on....

Just went here to get some custard ice cream goodness to try to beat this hot weather we’re having. We also got a trio of Bambino burgers. It all was very good. I appreciate that you could have a malted milkshake. Something that takes me back to my childhood and those bambino burgers which are a decent size hit the spot.

For a burger and fries it’ll run you close to $13. The service is absolute garbage, however the food is still good every time.

The burgers are amazing

So I had come through the drive through and ordered a DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER WITH BACON. I then was presented with a big daddy burger and was told that’s what I ordered. I don’t think so if I wanted a big daddy I’d say I wanted a big daddy. I said I wanted a double cheeseburger with bacon. I don’t go to Wendy’s and ask for a bacon cheeseburger and receive a baconator. They give me the burger I ordered.
I want a double cheeseburger with bacon because I wanted the other fixings as well as bacon but no we are in a world where now fast food has gotten too difficult to understand simple requests or even ask clarifying questions to make sure the needs were met. Pathetic.

UPDATE: avoid this location all together they lack the simplest of work ethic and simple common sense. By all means got the burger I asked for this time sure but when I have to put the damn thing together myself isn’t what I pay these “professionals” to do. This location needs a full sweep of termination and a new team. Because clearly the “training” isn’t sticking to the team now and can’t hand over a simple burger without dropping an elbow on it first.

Best I can tell, this is a drive-thru-only location. We had milkshakes that were good. (DQ's and Chick-Fil-A's chocolate shakes are better though.) There was one problem: they were too thick to pull through a straw without face-contorting effort. That's a big problem when the only thing you have is a straw! It must be REALLY hard to make a shake of the right consistency, given how often this happens.

I love goodtimes but it sucks this is the closest one to me, they always manage to forget something whether it’s sauce, fries, or napkins. The highlands ranch location is farther but by far much better service

This place doesn't even deserve the mandatory one star that google requires you to give them. I ended up being charged $15 for just 3 small chicken tenders, a large fry and a chocolate milkshake. The service was piss poor, they were slow and I didn't get any napkins or condiments after I specifically said that I wanted ketchup, I ended up getting nothing. $15 for a fast food meal is outlandish and if I wanted to spend that much money, I would've gone to a sit down restaurant with more quality food. If their service is going to be this mediocre, Good Times needs to lower their prices. Not to mention the menu prices were misleading, It said that a combo 3 chicken tender meal was just under $11 so how did my meal end up being $15? I ended up basically getting charged twice for my fries and milkshake which should've been included in the combo price. Not to mention the size and quantity of the foods you get for the prices they charge aren't worth it. I wouldn't recommend going to this location, they absolutely suck. They overcharged me $15 for a mediocre meal and they pretty much pissed all over it.
