Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Best I can tell, this is a drive-thru-only location. We had milkshakes that were good. (DQ's and Chick-Fil-A's chocolate shakes are better though.) There was one problem: they were too thick to pull through a straw without face-contorting effort. That's a big problem when the only thing you have is a straw! It must be REALLY hard to make a shake of the right consistency, given how often this happens.

I love goodtimes but it sucks this is the closest one to me, they always manage to forget something whether it’s sauce, fries, or napkins. The highlands ranch location is farther but by far much better service

This place doesn't even deserve the mandatory one star that google requires you to give them. I ended up being charged $15 for just 3 small chicken tenders, a large fry and a chocolate milkshake. The service was piss poor, they were slow and I didn't get any napkins or condiments after I specifically said that I wanted ketchup, I ended up getting nothing. $15 for a fast food meal is outlandish and if I wanted to spend that much money, I would've gone to a sit down restaurant with more quality food. If their service is going to be this mediocre, Good Times needs to lower their prices. Not to mention the menu prices were misleading, It said that a combo 3 chicken tender meal was just under $11 so how did my meal end up being $15? I ended up basically getting charged twice for my fries and milkshake which should've been included in the combo price. Not to mention the size and quantity of the foods you get for the prices they charge aren't worth it. I wouldn't recommend going to this location, they absolutely suck. They overcharged me $15 for a mediocre meal and they pretty much pissed all over it.

The fries and burger was soggy after a 5 minute drive home. After the ABSOLUTELY rude customer service from the heavy set guy with a mustache/beard taking order he was then confrontational at the window. My spouse spent $65 and the level of quality all around was below your feet. You really can't give the atmosphere any more than 1 star as this is a drive thru without indoor seating. Go else where and spend your hard earned money on businesses that have employees that value the customer.

The service is good and I don’t mind the price until I get to work. When I get to work I open my breakfast burrito and it’s a mess eggs falling out green chile all over the place then you take a bite. Some days it’s good with lots of flavor and spice but then most days the green chile seems watered down with no flavor and it’s not even spicy and the potatoes are undercooked. For the price they charge they should correct these issues. I can go to tamale kitchen and get a burrito that is twice the size and is the exact same every time for $5. All I am asking for is a little quality. Don’t water down the chile and keep it tidy.
