Nice atmosphere off University Drive and quite extensive selection of breads. I tried the roast beef sandwich with provolone and tomatoes ($11.50). Paired it with a dual shot of espresso ($2). Great tender meat flavor, and surprisingly strong espresso. Will come visit again.

I had never been here before. I stopped to eat with a new friend. I had the ham and Swiss sandwich. It was amazing. I will be back for sure!

First visit today. The service and food were good, but it was hard not to notice not only how dirty everything was but also how the entire place needs attention. Floor, tables dirty and sticky. Bathroom has not been deep cleaned in some time and needs maintenance. The toilet needs replacing, the door does not lock, and there is no where to hang a jacket or purse. With the level of dirt on the floor, there was no way I was placing my things on the floor. Fixing the door that does not lock with a sign that states knock first because the door does not lock? I was very worried I would be walked in on. Replacing a door knob is pretty simple and inexpensive, I don’t understand why this has not been addressed immediately. Sitting down at the table closest to the window, the table was so wobbly it felt like it would tip over. I did mention it to the staff and they agreed that needed attention. The second table I sat at was better but also very wobbly. I had to ask staff to wash the table as every spot was dirty. I enjoyed my sandwich but the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail made me question the safety of the food. I hope these issues will be addressed as this spot has great potential.

Came in specifically for a sandwich at 515 (they close at 6) and was turned away, since they didn't want to mess up their sandwich prep station. I love their sandwiches, and want to give them credit for that, but seriously, you're not making a 5 course meal... it's a deli sandwich. Just wipe off the counter when you're done. Honestly, I love this place, but this makes you look lazy and uncaring about your customers. If I came in 5 minutes before you close, I get it, but really...

To be fair, their breads are fresh, creative, and worth coming in to try, if you haven't before. Top notch ingredients and baking expertise.

This place is great. We come here every week and it never disappoints. The people who work there are so nice and the bread is truly phenomenal. Such a nice place to be. The only thing I don't absolutely love about it is that they often run out of coffee or it is not very hot. Other than that, this is a wonderful place!

This place has the best food.

I don’t understand the hype for this sandwich shop. First, I was not given the option to have my bread toasted. The $10 sandwiches were bland and fell apart easily. On top of that, the challah bread was possibly the worst I’ve eaten. Would never step foot in here again.
