Great last minute catering assistance!

I contacted the DTC location for a catering order after getting the run around from the DU location while trying to plan my dad's memorial. Sean White the catering manager was amazing to work with. He turned my very disappointing experience into the most amazing customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. He went above and beyond to get everything handled, was very prompt and had everything set up very quickly. The food was very well received and liked by everyone. He was able to meet everyones dietary restrictions.I would recommend the catering at the DTC location to anyone. Thank you Sean for making such a large part of our day that much easier and showing compassion to a grieving family.

Kid-friendliness: My kids DEVOURED the guacamole!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ramps and room for wheelchairs. Door is not automatic but not heavy.

Spent $19 for a kids meal and burrito. Food is cold, salsa was dry and wet at the same time? Everything tasted horrible! The foil my burrito was wrapped in smelt like dirty bleach water which then transferred onto the tortilla of the burrito. I decided to just dig into my son’s chips from his kids meal and I grabbed a tortilla chip that had MOLD on it. Seriously?! My son had already ate a good amount of the chips. What other health codes were broken on his actual meal as well? Very disappointed. Praying my son does not land in the ER overnight..

I usually love this place. It is a go to.
Just asked for an order to go.
And the server refused to separate out a few "wet" ingredients. I have to travel 10 minutes and didn't want my dinner to get soggy.
Another employee tried to jump in and correct, and the first employee cut him off.
Again I am a fan of IP.
But this was a really bad experience.
A 1 Star experience!!!

Good food reasonably priced. You order at the counter and they make it as you move down the line. The Taquitos were crisp and crunchy and the meats were good. One in our party ordered corn tortilla tacos but got flour. They fixed new ones right away but all three were jumbled together and it became more of a taco bowl. Overall it is great food for the price. The beers on tap were good but the Margaritas were just ok.

Everything was great except the taquitos. It’s usually fire and drenched in cheese but we legit ordered half and half taquitos with cheese and got fried rolled tortillas with almost no filling and practically no cheese.

Clear step above Chipotle and Qdoba, high quality products across the board. Margaritas are potent as well. One of my go-tos in DTC.

Great place to get a burrito. The people here actually seem like they like their job, unlike chipotle.
