Inside athletic busy athletic club. Which makes your coffee a long wait.

I’ve tried visiting this location 5 times, once I waited 30 min for them to come back from a 15 min break, and 3 of the 5 times they were closed during their normal business hours. Only one of my visits didn’t have any of these issues. I’ve tried calling ahead and they never answer. The coffee is great but this locations service is highly unreliable

Happily Gentrifying the neighborhood is something you’re proud of? I don’t care if you have the best coffee in the world for that reason alone I will not support your business. That mindset just makes my heart so sad that a company can be so insensitive. The fact that you have patrons that do support your is very disturbing to me. I am sure you are thriving and don’t need my business to continue , but wow just wow .

Love the coffee and how they make all the deliciousness, but not comfortable going into a community recreational center to pick up such a deliciousness other than that the staff is excellent! And that's at ink coffee only!

My review is not for the coffee itself but the service. I came in to this bougie Club Greenwood location and the lady behind the counter could not be bothered to be friendly. I was kind and said thank you and even left a $2 tip. She left the area and forgot to get me the ground coffee that I ordered. She finally came back and was very put out by everything. Look, I know we all have bad days and what not but come on. My order was simple, I was nice and I just spent $27 on coffee so please be friendly, girl. Side note- if you're any other skin tone but white, avoid this club location. It's not for us melanin having folx. Sheesh... the glares from grandma and grandpa Smith were beaming with racism. Avoid.

Wherever I travel fortunately the first thing I check (besides good grub) is the coffee in the area. Ink has had my heart for 10 years now since I first had a sip of the white chocolate chai. I never looked back. And till this day.... everytime I make a trip to CO... even if it's far from Where I'm staying.. I still find a way back to ink. It's a must in my list even if I have other coffee places to try. I don't know if it's the friendly staff, the yummy mixture of espresso and chai or how their coffee is made in CO but it's simply delicious to me. I always look forward to it! Whether It's iced or hot... it's sooo good! My husband loves their white chocolate almond also. There is something about you, Ink. I just keep coming back and will always come back. You never disappoint.

Great classes, very friendly staff, clean spa like locker rooms, great jacuzzi. They care good care of the kids in the kids club. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is although the spin classes are good, the music is more rock or soft rock not upbeat enough I much prefer House like music for intense spin classes to help really get the energy up. They also just started offering bare at no extra charge and those classes are great I'm really seeing the difference in my body after just a few classes in terms of Tone. It is a bid pricy for example compared to lifetime but the one big difference between the 2 clubs is the locker rooms and showed at lifetime are poor compared to club Greenwood which is way nicer not comparable.

I wanted to write one more update because I couldn't get what happened after the last one out of my head. The manager of the gym reached out with a very condescending email essentially blaming me for my own dissatisfaction with the gym's policies. It was rude and thoughtless and she contacting me with no intention of a resolution. Why bother? Just to be angry at me for clearly expressing my experience with the gym? Unreal. Watch out with this gym. Once again, the main employees are nice and talented but the management and their policies have no intention of caring for the customer.

Love this place! I joined when I was searching for a pool so I could start training for a sprint triathlon I signed up for. The pool was always in fantastic shape and is kept very clean. Since then, I've starting working out with Michelle, a personal trainer, who I look forward to seeing each week. She's fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The yoga classes are amazing as well. My favorite gym in Denver!

Everything about the experience here is top notch! The outdoor pool is an absolute oasis in the summer. This place is always clean, the equipment is kept in great condition, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything. I haven't had a chance to attend any classes yet, but have talked to a few trainers and they are also very helpful. There is plenty to do here... so burnout over the same routine should never be a problem. Bottom line is that this may be the best fitness club I've ever belonged to, anywhere in America. Highly recommended!

I disagree with the last post. I believe Nicholas is an excellent trainer. I also take his group fitness Bodypump classes. I believe he is one of the best instructors at Greenwood. I have been a member at Greenwood for over 10 years.

The swimming pools are excellent but the gym is slightly dated and does not compare to Lifetime. However, Greenwood is more friendly and in some ways has a nicer atmosphere The biggest let down was Nicholas Li PT and I highly recommend he is not used until he develops a bit more. Having done about 15 sessions a week for 5 weeks there were a number of issues (and I hear another lady member had similar problems and left the club). You would think paying 15 * 75 a week, the club would be more interested in the revenue stream. Unfortunately Greenwood is not Nicholas's priority as his main commitment is where he is employed elsewhere at Cherry Creek for considerably more for training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6am and 12pm and so times are limited and so you always have to fit around - I am surprised a club allows a part time PT. I suspect as Greenwood apparently only pays the PT about $33, they seek alternative employment and which I can understand. A number of my PT sessions often finished 5 or 10 minutes early and which accumulates to a lot when doing 15 sessions a week, - having said that I will say that some were very good. However, some were less motivating as Nicholas was very quiet and not a traditional PT. There was also a session which finished about 30 minutes early and I still paid full price - it sometimes felt very one way as he never did more. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was that I paid Nicholas cash outside of Greenwood (a fairly considerable sum) and there was meant to be nutrition and other advice provided. Despite significant chasing, this was never received and so the cash was effectively for nothing - therefore be warned of paying directly to the person v the club and is my own silly fault as you have no protection. I was going to change trainers and Nicholas in his credit did want to discuss so that I was happy but was quite insistent on meeting me at my apartment to discuss and when I was busy. Having said that I appreciate he wanted to get it to work and did spend the time. However for my last 2 sessions, one was cancelled a few hours before and the next never happened and so ruined my plans. Nicholas was also keen for me to arrange sessions for my return to Denver but changed the times several times due to his other PT employment which was a bit frustrating, I then agreed a return date and Nicholas decided he no longer wanted to do and was too many hours - a lot changed up and down on a daily basis on his mood. Having done PT sessions around the world, I have never encountered such issues and changes and in particular someone taking cash and not delivering on for eg nutrition as there is always an element of trust and relying on someone for consistency.. It is a shame as when Nicholas was in the right mood, his sessions were excellent - it was a bit hit or miss - I genuinely think this was not through lack of interest but as he was so tired due to other commitments (including training) outside of Greenwood. The atmosphere is a bit weird also as apparently the trainers are so competitive for business and so do not cover or help each other when someone is busy (or so I was told), I think Greenwood needs an update but more importantly should have PTs who are committed to Greenwood and not have a significant proportion of their PT work at other places as I just think Nicholas was exhausted and so struggled with his job at Greenwood. I am also sure he did not deliberately con me re nutrition payments etc but just had no time. I am sure in time and when Nicholas can be 100% focused on Greenwood, he will improve and provide a more consistent product. I will say that if you like swimming, the outdoor and indoor pool are the best ever! Beats any club in Colorado. The gym is old fashioned but is quiet after 1pm. The front desk are very friendly. The changing rooms are also immaculate. Just avoid Nicholas for now.

This gym is a nightmare. Not only is it lacking crucial machines, but they're ALWAYS clogged up with trainers and their clients. This club has an awful NO 'work in' with trainers and clients. So there's a great chance that you'll leave with only half of your workout completed. For the price, it should be more friendly and clean. It's lacking horribly in both of those categories.
