Whoever owns or manages the store needs to work at training their employees on their process, customer service, multitasking, and just being a productive employee. Unless you have 30 minutes to spare don’t even bother coming here for a simple smoothie no matter what time of day it is. Every single person that is employed here doesn’t care about their job and never has anything ever set up and ready to serve guests.

If I could 0 stars I would. I ordered two smoothies for delivery. One of the smoothies tasted fine, the other smoothie tasted like chemicals. I have been trying to call the store for about an hour and a half and no one is answering. The fact that a smoothie tastes like chemicals is beyond concerning, and with no one answering the phone I'm curious how many other people are getting smoothies like this

Worst island bowl I have ever had. Tasted like acetone. I still have the bowl with me. It was so disgusting. Never ever buying anything from Jamba Juice ever again. Worst experience I have ever had!!

Honestly the worst. I have stopped in 4 times this week and each time I get a different excuse on why they can't make me a carrot juice. Last Monday, the machine is broken so I left and got nothing. Wednesday, I stop in: the nice lady from another store makes me a carrot juice and apologizes on behalf of the company -- the machine wasn't broken. Friday, I stop in: Ope they didn't get shipment for a carrot juice nor that the machine "works". Today on Sunday, I go in, ope, it's the same employee as on Monday, machines status is back to "broken" even though I know it's clearly not. Do you like lying to your customers? How hard is it to get a juice when it's in the business' name lol. Go to a different location

Terrible, extremely watered down smoothies! My daughter requested a smoothie, so we stopped in for an after school treat. Their product is not the same as it used to be! A real shame that inflation is so obviously affecting the taste at Jamba Juice… 90% water and 10% fruit is what we got! Won’t be going back!

On my own merit, i would try not to place an order for 25 smoothies, especially without a heads up. However, this was a special scenario. Aaron/Erin was up front by himself and made all 25 quickly (different flavors too) and without any complaints. I was annoyed with the order myself, so I assume it wasn’t great on the receiving end. Thanks for the great customer experience ?

Menu far too small to see with my 20/20 vision. Rude cashier that couldn’t figure out to use the own jamba gift card. Go to tropical smoothie instead for a better experience.

We stopped in after school to get 5 smoothies. The lady working said they were closed for another 10 min while she smoked her cigarette and talked on the phone. This was at 3:40pm. I won't be back. You lost out on 5 smoothies today.

Hella rude wouldn't help me with the menu. Barbra j rolled her eyes at me and had terrible service skills. Smoothies were terrible. Should have just walked out right after I walked in.
