They did okay! The place only had enough unsweetened tea left for a partial cup, was hoping for a bit more. My sandwich was alright. They clean up pretty early, we got there just before 7 and the floors were already being mopped.

Never got a refund for a order I went to pickup on January 22, 2026. Restaurant was closed 30 mins prior to closing time. Stay away

I usually love going to this store. Mainly because the food is great and the staff is friendly. However, tonight was not it. When I walked in around 8:40 pm the staff looked surprised to see me. One person was sweeping behind the counter while the other was counting the drawer (possibly supervisor). The girl sweeping finally asked what they could get started for me. I ordered two kids meals and the girl counting the drawer at the cash register said I’d have to give her a minute. I was totally fine with waiting.

After 5 minutes she gave me a total. I then said that I still needed to order two more things subs. She got VISIBLY irritated and her tone changed completely. She gave me the new total, then walked away as I started entering in my phone number. The girl who had been sweeping and originally asked what she could get started walked over to finish my payment since I was holding a gift card.

The other girl (supervisor?) was clearly annoyed which was compounded by the fact that she was having trouble with the slicer. She then asked the other girl if one of the slicers was clean before stalking to the back. Her tone was rude when asking me about the sandwich meat which actually started to irritate me.
I ordered two of the number 8s for the additional sandwiches which come with bacon. One was missing that all together.
After my sandwiches were handed to me we had walked out at 8:52 pm and noticed the OPEN sign wasn’t even on. My guess is the attitude came from us walking in assuming they were still open but apparently were closed.
Not sure if I want to visit that location.
