The GM is rude and disrespectful! When you cant greet people correctly you shouldn't work in fast food. The other reviews tell you how nasty this place is and how they mess your order up. I'd just shop at another store location to save your self the headache and time

When I walked in their GM said to me what do you want, not hello how can I help you, or a welcome in but when another customer approached the counter she said hello how can I help you? That is not customer service and she needs to be replaced immediately. Then she proceeded to follow me outside the building to have an argument about her service after I asked who her supervisor was. That is not professional at all! Skinny girl with the glasses she didnt have a name tag on which if she was a True GM she would've had it on. I've never met this person until today yet she claims I always have a problem with her. Check yall reviews before yall start trying to use them as a flex!

They close before 9pm

We went in late before they were closing, and the team there was amazingly polite, the atmosphere was fun and friendly, and when we jokingly asked to make the food, “EXTRA GOOD”, they did!

Ham Sandwich (#8) and Bacon Chicken Ranch (#26), extra delicious! Thanks, Jersey Mike’s for a great experience all the way around-

Food was good, JM is always good, but this place is a little gross. Crusty filth built up in the floors, lots of flies, dirty tables when it was slow.
Wish the owner took more pride in this shop.

Ordered online and they got the bread wrong. Just paid $26 for a sandwich. Is expect the right bread to be picked.

This place is gross. They put the printed tickets directly on the meat/sandwiches. Crazy gross and likely a health hazard. I’ve attached a photo I took here. Definitely will never be going back to this place.

Very small portions, even on sandwich with extra meat. Food quality decent but very poor value. I won’t be going back.

Made a door dash order for the #13 original Italian and it says that on the receipt but they still managed to make the completely wrong sandwich. If a task as simple as this cannot be completed I question what else the employees are not doing and will not be coming back.

Absolutely wonderful employees and good food

Everything was how i imagined especially the employee Zander who made my delicious number 17. Very conversational and respectful young man. Must come again!
