They are complete thieves here it’s not worth the money anymore and they need to shut this down just like they shut down the pizza place next to them. They have five-year-olds working there who don’t know what they’re doing. I was refused a refund for a sandwich. I was unable to leave and pick up, but that is bad customer service and you will never see a dollar from me again or anybody in my family or anybody else I can provide the information to you that you suck.

Employees were serving meat dated “Use By September 7” on September 15…. So disgusting and I left without purchasing anything. Given the recent deli meat outbreaks I’d expect them to be much more diligent in ensuring that meat is not served past its use by date.

Completely botched the order for one of the sandwiches in my online order, adding multiple ingredients that I didn't order (I double checked that the order didn't have them listed). And used maybe one piece of bacon. Recommend a different Jersey Mike's next time.

Today, like I do twice a week. Went on and made my online order for pick up. Drove 10mins to pick up and got back to my office and my coworker ordered and paid for a regular sandwich and got the mini. Also, I ordered reg chips and got bbq sunchips. As it wasn't the end of the world, I felt bad because it was coworkers sandwich that was shorted and he paid the order online. I drove back about 11;30am (Today) and had my receipt and bag of chips. There were two younger males working and they referred me to the guy older than them making sandwiches. He told me they were out of the chips I ordered so he just replaced them with the BBQ. Than he got aggressive and loud and told me that he made both sandwiches and they were both regular. He loudly called me a liar in front of the 8 customers in line. He continued to make a seen and I got louder myself. I would not have made a 10 minute drive just to lie!! I've been a customer for a long time with a well used member card. The other 2 employees were shocked also, at least it showed in their faces. I should him a picture of the sandwich, eventhough 1 bite was taken out of it, he continues his loud offensive talk. I left and 2 other customers in line left also. Sad that people like this have to work with the public. I hope this location has a camera on it and can view it. They have another Mike's on Yosemite, I think I may switch. So Sad.

If I could give this no stars I would. As someone who has worked in the food industry in the past, customer service should be the main focus at any business. I went to jersey mikes today around 12:50pm / 1pm on Sunday 6/2. I witnessed “Kevin” the only male working, treat not just one person, but 4+ people with disrespect after HE messed up their orders. In my 24 years of life, I’ve never witnessed such a rude, entitled individual, treat a customer so poorly. Kevin should be fired. I over heard him say “for future reference this is mikes way without salt and pepper” in a very disrespectful tone. The customer politely gave his order again, and Kevin, again messed up his order and laughed. What a rude and despicable human. Fire him.

Did an online order for pick up at 3pm walked in the door at 3pm, the sandwich was ready but it was ice cold. The cook was polite and started to remake it, a very rude young girl started to argue with me and said ma’am it was for 4pm um it wasn’t, but even if it was why is it ready at 3???…I asked her… she was rude and had an attitude. No reason why she even needed say anything to me too make herself look dumb and completely ruin my experience. The second sandwich was good and hot and thanks to the cook. The counter girl is the sole reason for this review. Sometimes less is more. She didn’t have to argue about a cold sandwich and look dumb doing it.

Very disrespectful staff. I asked the worker politely to change his gloves before making my sandwich. He stopped making my sandwich to cash someone out which was no problem, however he touch the register, her debit card, the counter top all while still wearing the same gloves. Cross contamination at its best. When he thought I had left the store he proceeded to talk very disrespectful about me asking him to change his gloves. YOUR STAFF NEEDS TRAINING! I will NEVER come here again

Will never go here again. After 3 visits at lunchtime where the employees stopped serving the people in line in favor of on-line orders, never again. People in line who waited 25 minutes for a sandwich were angrily walking out. An employee actually told everyone in the store who had been waiting a long time "Sorry, we have too many online orders - we won't be helping people in line for 30-40 minutes" and everyone left! People talk about how bad this location is and it's apparent. If you're the franchise owner of this location, get your stuff together.

The two idiots working around 5:50 on Thursday 2/1/24 have messed up my sandwiches on 2 different occasions because they are too busy chatting about basketball or other wise to correctly make a sandwich not to mention behind the counter looks like and absolute pigsty with gloves and food all over the floor I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! This place is garbage what a embarrassment to the management and the brand as a whole

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to peppers and I specifically asked for no pepper yet low and behold there were still peppers in my food so I was unable to even enjoy the food I payed for
