You’d think it was impossible for them to get an order right. Missed 2 of our sandwiches in a $100 order and was told we could get a “credit” instead of a refund haha

Placed an order for a chicken Caesar wrap with no tomato, easy parmesan cheese and easy Caesar dressing. The wrap ended up having tomatoes on it, had no mini croutons, didn't have any parmesan cheese and was wrapped in a flour tortilla instead of the garlic herb tortilla. Not to mention it had very little meat on it too. To have so many mistakes on such a small order is just ridiculous, it's not difficult to get it right. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

The girl that answered the phone was super rude both times I called to find out where our order was. Then the manager Angel was just as condensing and rude. $20 for a mediocre sandwich and terrible service that took an hour.

The reviews for this location looked horrifying but I gave it a try anyways. I took a couple items off and added a few to the sub. It was made to order correctly! The sub was good. Only thing is maybe crisping the bacon? Not a huge deal though. I will be back!
