Meatball Eatery & Libations

Food was great, Service was great, but trying to get around and park was a total mess. Don't like the location. Castle Rock folks can have it to themselves.

Parking: The area it is located in is just a mess for traffic and getting around. The circle drives cause a lot of issues.

The lamb burger was tasty, but that (and the fries) would have been way better had they not been served cold. I flagged down the waiter and told him about the fries, but decided not to mention the burger after getting scolded for not telling him sooner (even though I informed him as soon as he was available). Not great.

But, I will say that, even though I didn't drink with this meal this time, I have in the past and their drinks are some of the absolute best!

I drive by here all the time so when a friend wanted to meet dinner we decided to try it out. They offer a nice selection of cocktails, and we loved the meatball sampler. The beet salad was very delicious and my husband enjoyed the lasagna. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I saw they have a great happy hour, so I'll be back.

The spaghetti and meat balls tasted worst than spaghetti and meat balls that you get in a can of Chef Boyardee.

This was a pleasant surprise. We went on a whim expecting just burgers but this place is so much more. Their cook burgers to the perfection, 1/2 pound of pure goodness. Make sure to have their cocktails, specially the signature ones (spoiler alert, they have always sunny in Phil themed drinks). The place has two sections, one is more of a bright lounge area and the other is a speak easy with very comfortable seating.

So glad we tried this place! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was incredible! The shrimp meatballs were like nothing I’ve ever had! The owner came by all the tables to check on their guests. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

This place has an amazing cocktail selection, specifically whiskey drinks (being an old fashioned lover - I appreciate their whiskey cocktails). I like to pair a drink with their meatball sampler. They have an amazing happy hour. A new favorite place for sure!

We enjoyed meeting friends at Meatball Eatery on their 6th anniversary in the biz!! Wishing them and ZigZag many more successful years of serving delicious food and libations!!

Kid-friendliness: We are always happy with the staff and food. It was our first time on the Meatball side of the restaurant, and I'm sure not our last. Thank you to Brock and his amazing staff!

Great food, but somebody took it upon themselves to add $10 to my takeout order without my consent.

Update 9/28/24: Spoke with one of the managers, Brittany, about the incident. She was extremely personable and really reflected that this business keeps an eye towards the human side of things. I will definitely return here as they have proven they really care about good service.
