Ever since new ownership took yazoos away its been horrible. Was a dedicated customer before. The servings have gone down. Price has gone up and the overall quality of food has been lost. I have tried going three times recently and it has been closed. Now I guess only open two days a week. Such a shame. Time to find a new bbq place.

They will up charge you and then short you on the food portions. I have been there twice and both times they ring you up and it is always much higher then the menu shows, when asked they say they just raises the prices this morning but they don’t post it anywhere or tell you as you are ordering. Both times I have been shorted on the portions, first times I was to receive 6 wings but got 4. Most recently I ordered brisket which is a $3 upgrade and was shorted 1.5 ounces when it seemed small and I weighed it.Will never return and will tell everyone to avoid them unless you want to pay more for less.

My boyfriend and I used to come here all the time. We loved this place but now their under new management changed times. I’ve been by here 4 times trying to eat and their sign stated Thursday-Saturday so I came here to eat today Thursday March 18 and now it says Friday-Saturday. Pretty disappointed. I won’t be back trying to come eat again I guess.

By far one of the worst meals we've had in a long time. The meat was tough and fatty, the cole slaw was warm, there was no sauce. It was inedible. The customer service was terrible. The owner spent 45 minutes alternately crying and swearing when we called to get our money back. She did everything but take responsibility for the terrible food and service. She said we would get a refund and days later I still don't have my money back. I rarely post reviews like this, especially for small businesses. But this was an extraordinarily bad experience.

The smoked meats are amazing, my wife and I love this place! We highly recommend anything on the menu and will use them for catering anytime! They are very accommodating and the pricing is very reasonable!! Can't beat this place, I highly recommend it!

The meat itself was 5 stars. The wings are the best either my boyfriend or I have found in the area. The chicken had some mild heat and was moist. The pork shoulder had great hints of black pepper. Unfortunately we had ordered 4 sauces for a to go order to try them out and received 0. Hence one of the stars. The sides were fantastic and unique. Every other BBQ place is the same couple sides so this was a refreshing change. The other star is for the blackberry cobbler. I love a tasty cobbler but we were let down by the chunks of completely raw dough. We just could not eat it. We will be back to try it in person though.

I'm not sure if Mile High Smokehouse is Yazoo BBQ with a new name, but I was a bit disappointed. I ordered ribs and wings for a two meat special. My husband ordered the rib tips. The rib tips was the only meat that appeared to actually be smoked. My ribs and chicken looked to be more baked. I wasn't happy to see that Jim and Nicks BBQ (chain) serves better smoked wings than Yazoo's. The service was nice and quick and it was nice to see that macaroni and cheese had been added to the menu. But I was not happy with the meat.

So so sorry guys... smoke flavor is not smoked!!! I had the smoked wings and when I opened the container I new I was screwed ...and I got rib tips and it was ok......... smoke flavoring is not smoked.....smoked flavoring is not smoked!!!! Yellow sauce was ok

Mile high Smokehouse was a success! I had the brisket and the hot links. The brisket was tender and juicy as it should be, so flavorful didn't even need bbq sauce! Definitely will indulge in this spot again!

Good pickup option for BBQ in this time. Brisket and ribs are solid, chicken was a little dry but still good with sauce. Love the kick/spice to the hush puppies. Will be returning for more!
