popped in for lunch - bought a small drink bc I love their lemonade just to find out they were completely out. The manager overheard me complaining that the gentleman didn’t tell me that before purchasing a drink - the manager offered me bottled lemonade instead. Just wanted to say thank you, most customer service is lousy nowadays and you set a great example

I’ve ordered food from this spot quite a few times and their quality is going down hill. Their “house-seasoned” kettle chips were just bags of kettle brand sea salt chips - not what I paid for. Their cheese pizzas had cheese on the middle 5” of the pizza. Super disappointed and probably crossing this spot off the list

I have never this meal or from this restaurant prior to today (04/02/2024), but for the price I thought the meals looked delicious and properly proportioned.I ordered the Lemongrass Ahi Tuna chef bowl. The menu photo showed a good 8oz of Tuna or more and a good array of veggies and grans for around $18. What I received might have been 4oz of Tuna. The rest of the plate looked similar except for presentation, but that is to be expected especially for a delivery meal. The menu description did not state the ounce weight of the Tuna in the meal, so I expected to receive what the photo showed me. While the meal is tasty, I am disappointed in the false presentation of the meal photo.

This is one of the original modern markets and the vibe is immaculate. South facing windows and beautiful decor. Excellent food. Sunny and healthy.

We usually get the curry salmon bowl. Yesterday both orders had dry overcooked salmon that was not palatable. This was a carry out order.

I have ordered here a handful of times in the last few years. Every time I order something is missing from the order or they have put wrong items in. This is exactly what happened today. Literally, every time. Your only job is to provide correct food and you cannot do that? This the last time I will be back here. In this day and age, there are a million other places that are way better quality that actually care about the customer.

Every time I come here the customer service is fantastic. Today, I accidentally ordered the wrong dish. I ordered the salmon lox salad instead of what I meant to order, which was a salmon bowl with rice and veggies. The manager insisted on making sure I got the fish I had intended to order, and it was delicious. I will continue to come back to this location for lunch.
