The Greenwood Village location is suburb compared to the Lone Tree location. The staff are friendly in a genuine way, they make my coffee orders right, and they aren't judgemental. I feel a lot more welcome here.

At the Lone Tree location, some of the baristas are very curt and the interactions feel forced (one of them even tried to give me dairy milk on purpose and tried to pretend it was an accident, and I know they're well-trained so the individual had it out for me). I drive the extra 10 minutes just to avoid this location.

Monk is my favorite coffee shop to visit when I’m in Denver. The baristas always go the extra mile to make me feel welcomes and of course the coffee is top notch, always.

I always appreciate when a coffee shop does a traditional cappuccino and this place delivers. The honey blossom syrup was nice too. I would definitely return!

Love this spot. It happens to be near my office, so I frequent it on office days! If you’re looking for a 3rd wave spot in DTC, look no further! Also their croissants are bomb.

Monk & Mongoose is a great cafe that serves Sweet Bloom’s coffee, which is more on the third wave side of roasting. As such, a drip coffee is always a great experience for people who like lighter to medium roasts. Ordering is always fast and easy, and, with the points system, I regularly get free coffee.

This place is always busy in the morning on the weekend, but I always can find a place to sit. The only challenge is finding parking!

One of the best coffee shops in CO!

I’ve been to many different coffee shops in Colorado, and Monk & Mongoose (both GV and Lone Tree locations), hands down, are top tier! They have one of the best lattes, lavender and cookie butter latte, are my two favorites. And their matcha latte is delicious and very refreshing. One of the best things about them is also their friendly and kind staff! They’re all well-trained and very genuine people. One of my favorite parts of my day is going to Monk and get my coffee/matcha. If you’re looking for good coffee with kind people, Monk & Mongoose is the spot!

I've come here to meet people and study. Good location for both. The menu provides some unique (and quite tasty) unique options I enjoy beyond your standard coffee shop location

A Must Go!! Such a fantastic team and amazing quality drinks and pastries. They have pastries from Labelle (a local authentic French bakery), Aspen bakery, and a few savory and gluten free options from Share Goods and Outrageous Baking. They serve Sweet Bloom, a world renowned roaster and is always delicious. Plenty of seating inside and outside even with some cozy chairs by a fireplace, making it a great spot to read your favorite book or catch up with an old friend.
