Monk & Mongoose is a great cafe that serves Sweet Bloom’s coffee, which is more on the third wave side of roasting. As such, a drip coffee is always a great experience for people who like lighter to medium roasts. Ordering is always fast and easy, and, with the points system, I regularly get free coffee.
This place is always busy in the morning on the weekend, but I always can find a place to sit. The only challenge is finding parking!

I’ve been to many different coffee shops in Colorado, and Monk & Mongoose (both GV and Lone Tree locations), hands down, are top tier! They have one of the best lattes, lavender and cookie butter latte, are my two favorites. And their matcha latte is delicious and very refreshing.
