The atmosphere is lovely and clean. Plenty of people despite super cold weather. The staff is very nice. Depends on what type of coffee you like, but this one is way too sour for my taste. The blueberry muffin was on point.
Their coffee has ALWAYS been so bitter! I don't like the main chain's coffee, which isn't great TBH. We much prefer to frequent independent businesses but because the coffee just tastes so bad, we don't come often. I really don't get why they use this brand/roast. I've had coffee all over the world so there is really no excuse.
I may have had the best cappuccino I have had in Denver here. Unassuming but I wish I would have payed attention to who the barista was because she is an artist and you can tell she had a high attention to detail. Rare to find a Barista with this level of care and quality. My partner got the Chai and that was pretty tasty too. Her presentation with the dusting of the light dusting of cinnamon and the silky smooth oat milk made the drink taste good even before the first sip. Will...
