I called all over to find a place to buy rainbow bagels just like we had in New York City. My son is very small, does not like most food and would NEVER eat bagels before these. He loves them and says they are better than the ones from NewYork City!!He has a growth deficiency and is required to gain a certain amount of weight per his growth doc to continue getting successful growth hormone treatments. He is eating 18 of these bagels a week with Nutella- really helping him gain the weight he needs and grow. Keep my weekly standing order of 18 please!! Thank you for your willingness to help us ! Thank you so much for the delicious rainbow bagels. This mom is super happy and relieved.If my kid likes it you know it’s beyond great!

I ordered food from here through a third party app, the bagel was dry as can be but overall yummy. What gets me is that it was the wrong type of bagel and so i complained to the third party app and they refunded me a small amount. Then 5 hours go by and an employee calls me from their personal number. The employee then tries to convince me I dis get the correct bagel. It took me a second to realize that this shop let one of their employees call me from a number that is not the restaurants. Just to tell me that I am wrong and they are right. Like okay?????? Take a class on customer service. Sometimes you just have to accept the Loss and move on. Sorry you had such a sad day that you wanted to call me and argue about a stale a** bagel. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m in here at least 4 days a week. The food is delicious and they make it quick. The staff are super friendly and always keep the place clean. Bacon egg and cheese in the morning is second to none. Would recommend this place to anyone ??

YUCK YUCK YUCK, The shelf bagels at Walmart are five steps up from this place!!!I wish zero stars was an option!NEVER AGAIN-ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE -AND NASTY BAGELS AS WELL!The owner Kelly, refused to refund our money! Visited this shop on 1/14 and purchased five bagels, a sandwich, and a tub of "strawberry" cream cheese which tasted really off and ended up in the trash because we didn't want to get sick. We were really upset that we paid almost $30 for this garbage. My daughter was treated very rudely by the clerk who basically barked at her when my daughter asked a question about bagel flavors and sandwich varieties and was told to read the menu.Daughter brought five bagels and a tub of nasty cream cheese home to find out that it was just colored pink and had absolutely no flavor or sweetener in it and the bagels were hard as a rock INSIDE AND OUT! The sandwich was mediocre at best and cold on the inside. Tried calling to complain on Sunday, but no one was available, so spoke with Kelley today 1/15, who was very condescending and rude over the phone and refused to give me my money back-said I could come get more bagels and I said no thanks I just want my money back and she said we can't do that-refused to refund my money-so I'm leaving this review to share this horrible experience and advise other consumers to not go to the Nasty "New York Bagel shop" at 9555E. Arapahoe Rd.

Enticed by a number of 5 star reviews, boy was this disappointing. The bagels were stale and very hard to chew. There probably has been a change of ownership that has killed what I can only presume was a good business. Obviously their bagels are not made fresh here nor are they a daily delivery from whatever bakery makes these for them. The only redeeming part of our order was the turkey club had a huge amount of turkey piled high. Sorry, but this is a 1 and done visit for me.

I couldn’t decide between this breakfast spot or a different one and I’m glad I went here the bagel was amazing and the pricing on this as well as there other items are great also.
I'm pretty certain that I've tried every bagel shop in the Denver metro area, and without a doubt, this is the best of them. It's like this place was lifted directly from the NYC area and dropped south of Denver. Their bagels are just about perfect and are clearly made properly (unlike most other shops in the are that serve rolls with holes in them.) They also actually have egg bagels, so iykyk.It's about a 25 minute drive from my house to this place, but no other bagel shop will do.

What they don’t say is there’s a direct correlation between how mean she is and how good the bagels are.When she makes you feel genuinely stupid for asking a question, the bagel is absolute gas. If she greets me with a smile I know the food won’t hold.Let her be mean!!! It’s the key to success. When she berates the employees you know the lox is going to hit. You mess up your order? She will scold you and the corrected order will taste 2X betterKeep it up!!!

The woman who runs this shop has one of the worse attitudes I’ve ever experienced. I’m really not sure why she runs this place, she clearly hates people. She was rude to her staff, the delivery drivers, and every single person in line. If something makes you this miserable, then it’s not the right fit for you. Just please find someone else to run this place.

I came in to buy breakfast and there was an Asian lady I believe she owns the place but she is very rude. All the food is not truly fresh. I saw 2 people working and the Asian lady was pocketing the tips for herself instead of both of them with customers in the business. I don’t not recommend this business!
