Large Pho Dac Biet was delicious, had all the necessary meats. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so ended up taking half of it to go. Reminded me of my mom’s cooking. Was hoping to have some culantro as a garnish to go with it but not a big deal. The Goi Cuon was delicious as well. Good pork and shrimp balance and I liked the coconut heavy flavor of the dipping sauce. The Cafe Sua Da was authentic in preparation and flavor, not the premixed ones at other locations that don’t have the chicory flavor from the Cafe Du Monde. Would 100% recommend.

Today I thought I would try somewhere different for spring rolls, I eat a lot of spring rolls, the sauce was not peanut sauce it was full of ginger and grainy. Rolls did not come as described in the menu. I am very very disappointed. I make spring rolls a meal for lunch all the time. But these were the worst of all... I saw the reviews saying wow these are good , UGH NO!

Probably pound for pound best Pho in the state. To the size of the bowl, taste of the broth, ratio of meat to noodles, thickness of the meat, amount of meat, and cost.
Now some implant from California is probably going to name some place off Federal, the only thing they have will be extended hours.
This place is a hidden gem, which will soon be not so hidden.
Nice place, excellent Pho! I got P2, rare beef in a medium. Medium was probably bigger than I needed. I can't imagine the size of the XL ? Delicious flavor, all the traditional fresh mix-ins. Perfectly satisfying!

The best pho of the four places I’ve tried in the area. The broth is fantastic. Good size to go portions and they have the freshest greens. The jalapeños are perfectly SPICY and the house hoisin it’s also great tasting with a bit of heat and a bit of citrus.

This place is just terrible. Food was ok not very good. Placed way too much noodles into the bowl felt like bottomless noodles pretty much soaked up all the soup. I couldnt even finish it was that over whelming. When finished was going to pay staff just pointed to where to pay I honestly thought they were just telling me to leave. Couldn't even say that to pay is over in the corner just stood there looking at me pointing. Service was terrible didnt even check on me even once, didnt ask if food was okay. Please do not go here, there are plenty more to choose from. Staff hate their jobs and could care less about the customers.
