This place is pretty solid on the basic Viet dishes; but notably absent is MINT, a staple of certain dishes in the cuisine.
It’s a curious phenomenon in Denver metro Vietnamese restaurants - specifically outside the SoFed area - they’re oddly unmotivated to keep mint in the kitchen, which is not only lazy, but also a little bit insulting to suburban diners, as though we wouldn’t know or care. We do! Get some mint please- some dishes just aren’t the same...

First came here when I was visiting almost 10 years ago. Had the meatball pho, which was not the greatest. Fast forward 2 years later, and I ended up having some of the best pho I've ever eaten in my life, the P6, large. Devoured those noodles and meat and drained the soup like a dying man it was so damn good. I've tried a few other places around Parker and Denver, but my family and I keep...
