Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went here to watch college hockey playoff game. waited 20 minutes for table for 2, first waitress seemed annoyed when we asked to see the TV or have the channel changed. after 15 minutes of waiting at our table, we asked if we could move to the section where they were watching the game. she kinda shrugged and then moved us to a table that couldn’t see any TVs. after a minute standing by this table, another hostess came by and said she’d clean a table so we could watch the game. we waited 5 minutes, got the new table, and watched 4 minutes of the hockey game before the channel changed to “Omegaball”. at this point, we resigned ourselves to eating our pretzel bites and chicken wings (pretty good!). 10/10 would pay $40 to eat wings and watch Omegaball again. (shoutout to the hostess who treated us like human beings instead of glaring at us for existing)

It was my first time at Red Robin! The food was delicious, and the service was fast. Tony was our server, and he was great! He engaged in great conversation, checked on our table frequently, and provided excellent recommendations. The manager stopped by the table as well!! Great establishment.

Went for a quick bite and left feeling like a high school kid again! The food was good and the service was excellent. Our server was amazing. Her name is Courtney and she deserves to be employee of the month. She was running around and always checking up on us. She was amazing and beautiful. I’m not gonna lie I have a high school crush! We will definitely be back to see her again!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a fun date night close to home, and we decided to try Red Robin for the first time. We were absolutely blown away by the service at this location! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our server, Courtney, was outstanding! She was attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full, and her menu recommendations were spot on. Courtney went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her friendly and professional attitude made all the difference, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Courtney if you’re lucky enough to have her!

We were seated pretty quickly. However after being seated we weren't greated and it was almost 30 minutes before our drink orders and food were taken. After recieving our drinks we then proceeded to wait over an hour for our food. Our waiter did not once check on our table or refill drinks the entire time we ate here. Most of our food was cold when it came out, due to the lack of the service we were unable to address this issue. We waited another 25 minutes before we had to interrupt our server at another table to get our server look over our bill and ask for a paper copy. After looking over the bill we waited some more, never recieved a paper copy and finally just gave him the cash and left without collecting the receipt or the change. We spent over 2 hours here and most of the time was waiting on service and food. I was very disappointed with both food and service tonight. I understand being busy but if you are able to check on other tables that are bigger parties multiple times you can check on your smaller partied tables as well.

Came here to meet up with some old colleagues for a small get together. Service was just ok as the waitress seemed a little rude. She was somewhat attentive, but did not seem friendly at all. The food was just ok, but it just seemed far less for paying $20 for a burger and fries.

Overall not a bad place to grab a bite to eat, but it could be a little bit better.
