Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The service, was lacking, but it seems like they were under-staffed so we cut a little slack as this more of a problem with management. Aside from that the visit was pleasant.

The server Dave definitely did not want to serve us. He was not attentive and it took 20 min to stop by and another 20 min to get our first refill the fries. Did not ask more fries and salad because I didn't want to wait another 20min. He was too busy to chat with people in other table while being ignorant at us

First ever visit, burger was awesome. It's not your typical burger, more like homemade backyard grilled burger. Service was great, very attentive but not bothersome.

I mean I don’t really expect much from going here especially with the past five visits. Buzz sauce is the only reason why I go to a Red Robin. Bartender letting me know that they can’t make a shake because it’s 9pm and they don’t feel like making it to clean up the mess is irritating. At least you could have said that and not lied to me saying that they are out😂 at least pretend to be happy.

By far, one of the worst experiences I have had at red Robin. Came in my server, took a while to even greet me. I ordered your new peach strawberry lemonade, based on Your marketing shows fresh peaches it looked delicious. however they are canned peaches with canned peach syrup in it. It’s disgusting. I order sweet potato fries with my Hamburger, my sweet potato fries are ice cold like they’ve been sitting around for hours, limp, there’s no salt on them. My server seemed very inconvenienced when I mentioned that my fries were ice cold. never once did my server ask me if I wanted more fries if I needed anything else, any desserts I order dessert on your little kiosk. It comes out to me, plated despite ordering it to go. The guy takes it back and I knew he was gonna do this scraped the ice cream off the desert, put my little cookie soufflé with melted ice cream in a to-go container. He put the ice cream in a different container but ice cream and chocolate were all over it melted! My soufflé is complete mush right now and looks unappetizing. Trying to pay on the kiosk it wouldn’t print the receipt so I couldn’t do your survey. I tried to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one around so I am leaving you a review.
I will not be returning to this Red Robin. This was horrible service and I arrived an hour and 25 minutes before closing so there was no reason for this horrible service.

My fiancée and I were looking to spend our evening with a nice meal out, as this was one of our favorite places when we’re younger. I asked our server for a drink and she said I was too intoxicated to have anything to drink. When asking to speak to the manager, the manager made fun of the way I walked, even though it was explained that I had gotten a back surgery three months ago. The server also mimicked the way I was talking, this whole experience was deeply offensive. In all we will never be going here again

The table next to us was very loud. The family looked like they were having a great time, so we didn't complain. Our waitress was decent she definitely could have stopped by an extra time to check on drinks, but overall, she was a good waitress. Our food was good. I kinda miss the old style of mozzarella sticks. The new style are good, just not as good as they used to be. Royal burger is always good but messy. The area in which this red robin is located is busy.

The waitress we had accommodated us and although they didn't have much staff since we showed at at 9 PM, she made my nephew's birthday special.
