First off, there was a price of blue plastic floating in my lemonade, second I ordered my burger with cheddar cheese because I hate Swiss cheese, it came out with swiss....third there was a bug crawling on my bun . I asked to talk to the manager he said oh a sprinkle for the plastic, he said nothing about the bug except that he'd trash my burger, and never apologized for the terrible experience...

Have been a long time customer of this location up till recently. My family ate there on a Sunday beginning of march. Went paid and left. Couple days go by and we see that the bill was larger than normal. Pulled up the receipt online ( thank Gooodness we got one emailed to us). And it shows the price we remembered paying. So I Call the store and spoke with a manager. Come to find out the waitress stole from us and gave herself a much larger tip than what we gave which was not a bad tip. The manager did refund us the overage, it wasn't till I asked for corporate number he gave us a gift card for there store which i didnt want. It's hard to be ok with a gift card to a store you can't trust. My wife called corporate who was to call us back and they never did. It feel like they really don't care. If I walked back in and saw the waitress that stole from us I would be irate cause i dont know if she been termedor not. Overall I lost trust for this location and the company itself. I really expect the corporation to reach out to us rather quickly. 2 weeks and nothing. Very disappointed ?.

We came in when place was empty. Despite being an older couple, we were not allowed to be seated until the other 4 of our party came. It waa inconvenient and we were thirsty.

Have been at mays landing nj store 5 different times and always ask No pink in my burger. This 6th time I went only because my daughters like it . Today is 2.22.24 we there to do as my late wife like to visit ON HER BIRTHDAY TODAY and again our food came out wrong SMHSERVICE FAST BUT WRONG FOOD NOT COOK CORRECTLY GOING GET SOMEONE SICK!

Recently had dinner store near lancaster co pa outlets.I must say I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. We had three sandwiches rolls on all were clearly old and cracking apart.The Chicken sandwich I had was about 90% breading the two burgers my family had were absolutely of poor quality ground beef and I'm not sure what the deal is with the fries now I literally had about 7 to 8 on my plate with no seasoningI asked for more fries and I got about 10/12 in a basket and 3 packets of season???I understand times are tough right now but if you can't serve a family a decent meal for what things cost maybe it's time to close up shop !

I would give you a zero if I could. I ordered delivery on 1/22 and delivery time was 8:23 pm. When my order never came. I checked my email and said it was for pickup. I called and spoke to Madison who was great. Madison proceeds to explain that this happens sometimes and she would have the Manager issue a refund. She explains that it would take 3 to 5 days for a refund to show. I then called back and asked to speak to a Manager to clarify why it would take that long. Lisa the Manager on duty was rude and blaming me for hitting the wrong button. I explained I have ordered delivery numerous times from them. I had delivery fees and a 10.00 tip. Lisa told me to take it up with my bank it wasn't there problem. When my bank proceeds to charge my account 3 days later. I called to speak to the Manager on duty and guess who I got rudness Lisa. I explained that my bank has processed the charge not refunded my money. Lisa proceeds to say I told you I refunded the money and take up with you bank.

I’ve been ordering the same salad almost every time I go there . Today I went with a friend . They gave me the wrong salad . ( not a problem, we all make mistakes) they took it back and gave me the correct order. However , they just threw sauce on the chicken and called it a day . I’m sure they picked t off the other salad and threw sauce on it . But instead of cooking it they left itLike that! It was horrible. Told the mgr and he said they always look like that. I said no they don’t I’ve eaten this for yrs and they never looked or tasted like this . I didn’t eat the salad but paid for it . I should have stood my ground . This place has definitely fallen off .

I went to an early dinner at the Red Robin on North Academy. We sat in the bar and there were so many kids in there that we couldn't even hear ourselves talk. I didn't think kids were allowedin the bar. I complained to the Mgr and he said they are trying to make it family friendly. I will not be going back to RR since kids are allowed. It's down right ridiculous to allow it. I heard other people complaining as well. Keep up the policy and you WILL LOSE more patrons. I go to Red Robin at least three times a month. I'm going to spread the word.

I wish there was an option to give no stars. We placed a curbside order at the Frederick, Md. location. Called in to let them know we had arrived and were told the order wasn't ready and they would bring it out when it was ready. After waiting over ten minutes past the time they said it would be done, I went into the restaurant only to find that the 2 hosts were folding papers. The guy folding papers was the individual whom we talked to. Found my order to be sitting on the counter. Food was bagged up, I had to ask for the drinks. So after this customer service disappointment the food food quality was an even bigger disappointment. Not only was it cold the fries were inedible. The burger and the wrap were thrown together so bad we had to eat them with a fork. I'm sure we aren't the only ones this has happened to. We will not be back and will share this horrible experience to everyone we know. Hopefully this review will help future patrons. Thank you.

This place has gone downhill big time since they got rid of the steak fajitas. Terrible service and terrible food now. We're never going back to any of our local locations ever again.

On 9/25/2023, Dee Dee and I ordered take out from our local Red Robin. We pulled in to curbside and waited 15 minutes and no employee came out. I finally went in a finally saw a young man at the bar and one gust seated there. The bartender directed me to a small side room to grab my curbside. In the room, I could not reach our bag, so I put my hand in the “counter to reach higher. Said counter was a heat counter and I burned my hand. I grabbed out curbside and came out to tell the young bartender I had gotten burned to which he replied, “uh, oh” and walked away. The take out food was under cooked. The fries in the Togo container were still frozen.After nearly 20 call ms to their GM, finally reached him. He sent out 3 gift cards, but had no interest in the condition of my hand.Fast forward to tonight, armed with gift cards, not one item came from that kitchen as it was ordered. Cold broccoli, over cooked fries, and raw burgers. Etc. AND the manager took our gift cards to pay for the nightmare part 2. Save your money, eat anywhere else but here.Sent from my iPhone

Valley View location in Roanoke VA, the Manager Regina cussed and life threatened my fiance's life asking where was he at that her husband and son will find him and beat him down. All because he called about a paper that was supposed to be faxed to his SNAP worker . My fiance was asking nicely why he wasn't told the machine was down she wouldn't let him hardly talk or nothing . She just kept running her mouth. They took his employment ( when he asked for a day off they took him off the schedule for the week when he called to see when he worked they let him go) after threatening his job if he filed workers comp. The food here is not near gourmet. I make the sauce way better anyways . Something needs to be done about this place .

Ordered some giftcards after receiving an email promotion. They sent me the giftcards and didn't apply the discount. It is such a waste for me to have to call them to beg for the discount that they advertised. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and transferred 3 times, only to be told that my situation is being escalated and they will get back to me by email within 24hrs. I imagine they will resolve the issue in a few days, but it is such a shame I had do endure this.
