We had a 7:30 reservation on Valentine's Day and placed our order at 7:45. By 9:15, we had still not received our food, despite seeing multiple tables being served and leaving. After nearly two hours, we asked to speak to a manager. I have added a photo to show how empty the restaurant was when we were still waiting for our food. When the manager (Coco) arrived at our table, we expressed our concerns about the delay and being the last table served in the restaurant. Her response was that this level of service should be expected on Valentine’s Day and at least we were able to wait at a table instead of standing waiting for takeout. She offered us a 10% discount but the discount didn't cover the food that at this point was still not served at the table. When we reiterated that we had waited patiently and watched numerous tables come and go, she told us, we "don’t understand hospitality." She then turned to my daughter and made an inappropriate comment who was silent through the exchange.
When our waitress eventually brought the check, she was in tears. It was clear she was distressed by the situation as well. It turns out that the check ended up charging us for the food that was not served but we wanted to avoid a further uncomfortable situation and paid for the bill. Given that we have been longtime customers, this experience was beyond disappointing. Looking at other reviews, it seems there have been similar concerns and experiences about management and how it has gone down hill.

It is a mystery why this place is popular. It’s very loud inside, the service is slow, and the food is like a Village Inn for breakfast: nothing to write home about, but hey, it’s close and it’s available.

I asked for bean sprouts, onions and green scallions to be cooked in my fried rice and they didn't do it. Called and told them and I was offered another fried rice no refund and they also charge for crispy noodles if your order comes with soup. I was on my lunch break so now I'm stuck with this bland rice. I just think greed has taken over in the restaurant industry especially these type of restaurants. Just sad!!
We have frequented this place numerous times for either take out or dine in. We ordered a lot of food for takeout on last Wednesday and we're very disappointed. Majority of all of the dishes were watery and lacking flavor. Additionally, the cheese wontons tasted as if someone dumped a ton of sugar into them. Very disappointing and certainly will have me pausing before ordering from here again.

We live around the corner and this has been our go-to for Asian takeout, given its proximity. That said, the food is “meh”….nothing special, and often lacks flavor (especially the vegetarian dishes). The sushi is good, but other dishes we’ve ordered (country style tofu, book choy, eggplant, Mongolian beef) lacked flavor and complexity. They made it right, but twice recently they’ve made mistakes on takeout orders.
Vegetarian options: You must ask that certain dishes are prepared vegetarian…the vegetable dishes are often prepared with chicken stock. Vegetarian dishes are not very flavorful.

Place has gone far down hill. Sushi especially. Got the gabby roll and it use to just have a drizzle of mayo, guess this place is sponsored by Best Foods because each piece had about three tablespoons of mayo on it rendering it inedible. Mango roll is always good but that $19 gabby roll covered in mayo was honestly gross.

Our favorite Asian restaurant in the Denver area by a long shot. The food is always amazing, never disappointed. Lots of gluten free options, including breaded chicken like sesame chicken, and you can’t even tell it’s GF. Incredible service - Kyoko, the manager, always goes out of her way to say hello to my partner and makes us feel welcomed.

This is a matter of respect!!! I was there to get online order food, it took them about 45 minutes after I arrived there to get my food. They keep saying 5-10min over and over.
The manger was there watching, he chose to do nothing about it, but the front desk girls are the worse
Very disappointing
I wish if could give 0 Star

Although I have been coming to RICE mostly for take out, I have always enjoyed their inviting atmosphere and service. Asian food options are great, specially my favorites, Rangoon Wantons and Pad Thai noodles. Great quality for the price.

We were seated right away for dinner on a Friday night. The table was sticky and had some visible crumbs, the carpets are dirty and need attention. Drink service was slow and water was only refilled after I asked. The server dropped sushi on the table while delivering it. They did replace the dropped sushi and added 2 extra pieces. Glasses and plates stacked up without being cleared.
The jalapeno and crab app was delicious as well as the dragon roll. The tempura in the veggie roll was not crisp. Meh.
