Place was clean, ordered on the kiosk, so easy, food was fast.....but the burgers are getting smaller and smaller.....and it's obvious. Used to go here for an occasional guilty pleasure and leave STUFFED AND HAPPY, now it's a luxury.2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks.....$50 and some change! So no thank you.I will make the effort and do it at home.

Staff was down to earth and friendly, remade my burger, fresh without even asking because they saw it come out and didn’t think it was good enough. And even apologized for the (one minute) wait.Only critique is a double cheeseburger costs the same as in-n-out and is a bit smaller.

Our Robotics team visited and the staff efficiently and effectively executed our very large order with a smile on their face.

Not at all impressed with this visit. Chicken sandwich was more appropriately a chicken tender sandwich. Needless to say, disappointed with a place I always look forward to visiting. Don’t know that I’ll come back anytime soon in the future.

Great burgers and custard at a decent price, which is to be expected from this chain. This location is clean and welcoming, with a patio that is perfect for laying back, enjoying the weather and quality time with whatever company you prefer. Great service - everyone was kind and our food was made quickly without sacrificing quality. That being said, I wanted to give a particular shout out to Parker. They were AMAZING! They went above and beyond for my daughter, young brother and I. They made sure we were happy with everything and made it a lovely experience on an already wonderful day. I am greatly appreciative to people like them, who make the effort to give joy and kindness in acts big and small. While we were in the area for something unrelated, we will definitely revisit this location for a quick bite and friendly service!Kid-friendliness: Casual dining, kid friendly and options to sit indoors or outside

I’m a big Shake Shack fan, so I was happy when this one opened up a while back. It’s not that big inside, but it works and is usually pretty easy to get a table. The food comes out fast and the people working are generally pretty nice and keep the place

Can't order in or out without giving your cell number. A burger joint doesn't need anyone's phone number to text when the order is ready or order online for pickup. Receipts have always had and still have order numbers. They want it for marketing. YOUR data is the product. And for the price and no combo, nope!

Spent 50$ for two burgers, two shakes, two fries and one drink. The cook almost sent my burger out with toppings I didn’t order. The front counter person caught it, sent it back and all he did was make a joke and dump out the extra toppings. The burgers were smooshed and the fires were cold. For 50$ you’d think a person could get restaurant quality food and service. Not the case here.

The food was good, it's definitely better quality than a typical fast food restaurant, and the restaurant itself was cleanIt's just not even close to being a good value. I paid almost $20 for a basic (and unbelievably SMALL) cheese burger, cheese fries and a pretty small iced tea. Honesty, I feel like I ate half a lunch. It's also incredibly disrespectful to ask for a tip when I'm typing my own order in at a kiosk, you should pay your workers a living wage instead of asking your customers to further increase the price of their already incredibly low value mealNot worth my time and definitely not worth my money

Pricey for a low end burger. Tasty though, probably high fat content.

My, FIRST, ever visit to a SS. I am a burger snob from the Midwest for sure. For the price, I was most impressed with the fresh ingredients, loved the bun, and the burger patties. Hi!5. Getting refills was not fast, and the dining room needed some love. (They were busy AND very friendly!) I will be back soon. Door parking was easy.

This place is nice. I’ve gone for the spicy chicken burger .. Now they have Korean style, I didn’t order this. missed the spicy chicken - brought the chicken shack - good quality.. But I went for spicy chicken. The spicy cheese fries were good .. But I enjoyed the ones I had in the other center better.
