Couldn't be happier to welcome the New York Garbage Plate and Pizza Logs to Denver, Colorado at Shawing's Ghost Kitchen.The Shawing food truck serves Beef on Weck and Salt Potatoes which are also foods you forget you miss after you move away from NY.I've been served from the food truck and picked up from the ghost kitchen, and everytime it's flawless. The menus are different for the food truck and the ghost kitchen so keep that in mind when trying to order. The ghost kitchen was a receptionist desk where you check in and then a locker opened with your food inside - very easy.Shawing's wings on Sundays for the Buffalo Bills game at Westfax Brewery have become a staple. Make the order. ?

Husband and I spent some time in WNY and were craving garbage plates so we ordered pickup from their ghost kitchen. Did not disappoint. We ate until we hated ourselves and there’s still some left for later. We’ve had wings from the food truck before and honestly they’re the best in Denver.

The food is worth every penny - it’s prepared with integrity and quality that is unmatched.I feel they perfected the science behind creating a crispy wing that is still juicy and plump. Their bleu cheese is unbelievable , and that first bite of the buffalo sauce with bleu cheese and the crispiness yet juicy deliciousness takes me to another dimension!I tried the Garbage Plate- which is an iconic WNY dish that you just have to experience to truly understand it but absolutely life changing and would be great to curb a hangover.I’ve been to both their Food Truck and theirGhost Kitchen- which is basically a restaurant that is only PICKUP & DELIVERY.I was delighted that their wings for pickup / delivery are essentially the same quality as getting them fresh at the Food Truck especially if you get the “ Wing Kit”.Insider Tip : get the sauce on the side when you order PICKUP / DELIVERY - and then when you get home just put the wings in the Air Fryer / Oven and then dip them or toss them in the sauce and they are perfect ?!I’m a wing fanatic and my life long search for the best wings ended when I found ShaWING!I even attempted to try wings in Buffalo NY and they left me longing for crispy juicy perfect buffalo sauce and bleu cheese from ShaWING!No photos because I always eat everything before I remember to take a photo
The chicken wings here are the best in Denver!! We can't get enough and have eaten here twice in one week - once at a local brewery and then were craving more so found their Ghost Kitchen for pick up near Denver. Working through the menu and favorites are definitely the chicken wings, chicken finger subs and pizza rolls. The wings were SO perfectly crispy from the truck and today we tried the wing kit at home. It made really great wings from the oven. The medium is the perfect level of spice for me and also tried a tasty flavor of the month dry rub.Definitely get the sub with both blue cheese and mayo! I was surprised by how amazing the chocolate cheesecake is too. Flavors are bold, portions are generous and every bite feels like a taste of home!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian subs, cauliflower wings, large salads, salt potatoes, garlic parmesean friesDietary restrictions: Vegan cauliflower wings!

However, to our dismay, we discovered they were only available at the ghost kitchen, not on the food truck posted up at the brewery. Despite the initial disappointment, the outstanding customer service and heartfelt apology from the owner left us eager to give it a try. So, come Sunday night, we placed our order from their ghost kitchen, willing to make the drive from north Aurora.Let me tell you, it was worth every mile! As a transplant from WNY, I must admit, I didn't have high expectations. But wow, were we blown away! The plates were just as amazing as I remember them from back home. And to top it off, we decided to sample their wings too... and let me tell you, they were even better! Plump, flavorful, and simply irresistible blue cheese and all.A heartfelt thank you for not only serving up fantastic food but also for the exceptional customer service. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, and we'll definitely be back for more! Maybe a chicken finger sub or pizza logs… logs not rolls ?.

As someone from Buffalo, I was extremely impressed with the food. The garbage plate was exactly like the getting one at Dogtown and the wings are crispy and juicy at the same time. They knocked it out of the park!we will definitely order from here again.

I went to school in Rochester and spent a lot of years there, so naturally I had to get a garbage plate when I found out ShaWING was serving them out of their ghost kitchen. I got a combo plate (hotdog & cheeseburger) with mac salad and home fries, and it was sooo good. The meat sauce has a great texture, too! Thank you for a little slice of home!

My friend is from upstate NY and said these were the most legit Buffalo style wings he's found in Denver.We each got a dozen of the buffalo sauce. They were plump, hot and tasty. Can I say plump? Is that weird? Oh well they were. Super filling. This truck also has fries, "garbage plates" (again apparently a Buffalo NY thing but my friend claimed this was also a sign of credibility).I feel like all the other wings I've had let me down after having these. My wing perception is forever changed.
