Several of the last visits the Baristas forget to complete an order. The verify order on screen, even the label states cream. It is frustrating to arrive at my destination and find cream was omitted, again. Who ever the new person is,

Vangie (Store manager) always rude! I have never had good service with her. In fact the last time I went to store the minute she took over the line I just walked out not to deal with her.

Came in for my usual iced matcha with non-dairy strawberry foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon. What I got was a barely-there foam layer, zero cinnamon, and a drink that looked like radioactive algae — super green, but somehow bland and watered down.

When I asked (nicely) for the cinnamon that was missing, the barista straight-up dumped half the jar on top and hit me with a sarcastic, “Is that enough?” Uh, yeah — that’s enough to season an entire bakery. The passive-aggressive energy was off the charts for no reason.

There are dozens of Starbucks in the area, and I honestly can’t think of a single reason to come back to this one. If I wanted attitude with my overpriced drink, I could’ve just stayed home and made it myself — badly — for free.

Do better.

I get the same thing at any Starbucks and some how they ruined it at this one. The customer service was horrible they couldn't have been any more rude when I ordered and then when I had to inconveniently go back. Whoever the blonde brat is that works there needs better customer service training

A heartfelt thank you to Starbucks from all of us at Canyon Creek Elementary PTO! Though this review may come a bit late, we want to express how much we truly appreciate you. Your generosity made our hardworking teachers so happy they felt extra special during the holidays! They loved all the all the coffee and tea! We are incredibly grateful for your support! Working with you, Vangie was a pleasure, and you made the entire process so easy. Your staff was so amazing and nice (Allyssa and Gabby) Thank you once again. We are sorry that the review is late but we are so thankful!

The baristas that worked the morning of February 6th, 2025 were the most rude unprofessional service people I’ve ever seen. Not only were they extremely rude to me but they were also very rude to the other customers. They forgot to make my order and made it seem like it was my fault. I waited 35 mins to get a large Carmel macchiato. If I wasn’t loyal to Starbucks, I would NEVER go there again. I will never go back to that store again. Very disappointed,

The reason they got a 3 star from me, is because I go there a lot. I get an expensive drink and ask for no foam. Today the guy told me to not get excited. I was on the phone and had to get out of my car and go in because they scoop out an inch of my drink that costs 7 bucks. This happens a lot. I wasn't mad but my friend asked me why I had to go in, because I was on the phone and that's what the employee said to me. So then that upset me. I spend about 160 a month there. And because he treated me like that, I will stop going

This location is incredibly slow. I placed a mobile order and ended up waiting 20 minutes past the expected pick-up time, only for my drink to be made wrong. It seems the baristas could benefit from additional training, as my order has been made incorrectly every time I’ve visited. Today, I ordered a peppermint mocha, but the drink I received was a completely different color than a mocha should be and had chocolate malt powder added, which isn’t part of the recipe. Since I have a gluten allergy (and this topping contains gluten), this was a serious issue. When I asked for the drink to be remade, the staff gave me a hard time and made multiple excuses. I do not recommend this location. This store does not seem to have good management.

If you don’t put your mobile order in an extreme amount of time early, they will literally have you pull forward if you’re in the drive-through not only will they not have gotten your order at all at times, they will have you pull forward while they serve everybody else behind you, even though it takes the same amount of time to make a drink in the drive-through as it does if you were to order it ahead of time. In fact, one would say they have MORE time to make the drink if you order it ahead, even if it’s by moments ahead.
This has not only happened to me one time, but at least three times that I can think of where I have put my mobile order in. They’ve had up to 10 minutes at times to make it, and still insisted that I pull forward in the drive-through and they serve everybody else behind me why they make it. I don’t know if it’s a personal vendetta if they don’t like mobile orders or what the deal is, but it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Angie seemed to have an issue with my allergy to the plastic lining in the cups and the pitcher they use for the drive-thru.
