Worst Starbucks ever. I was just following up on my order and one of the barista during the AM shift told me that they are also doing mobile orders and she kept on going, I asked for my order because the ones that ordered after us had already gotten their coffee or orders in the first place.

The best customer service! There was no tea available on Uber Eats, so I called to see what I could do (big order for the office). They just sent the teas along with my Uber Eats order. Saved the day!

It's so GREAT ? when you feel the service is MORE than just a job, isn't it? The crew at this location cohesively worked together and showed this 'above and beyond' service, and we felt like an important aspect of their being there to serve!! Since both Starbucks are I guess merged together I’ll write about bothThe one in king soopers is honestly awful, I only go to that one for the cups but the girl that’s somehow always there is always just so rude, I promise I’m not being mean so I don’t know why I’m being treated like an inconvenience, not only is she mean she made my drink wrong enough to where I just couldn’t drink it. I went over the other Starbucks in the lot (which I absolutely love!) I had told them what happened at the other one and they gave me a free drink for being treated wrong. I 100% recommend the Starbucks across the lot not the one in the grocery store

Super busy location but they are always consistent and that’s what I appreciate. I also enjoy the indoor seating space for the size of the place!

The customer service here is always questionable. They always seem understaffed, considering how busy they are every single morning. Today, I waited 13 minutes for a Frappuccino, and apparently, the old lady who made it forgot to put any flavoring in it. She did not put coffee in it.
