Drinks are always wrong and if you dare ask for extras you paid for or get handed a chai late vs the customized coffee you ordered, you can bet you’ll be met with attitude and an overall lack of concern. Today was the last time I’ll ever come here. They have messed up many more drinks that I have not said anything about because I drove off before tasting it even after telling them I didn’t think it looked quite right. They do not care, they are always rude, and once the app said, my order was ready I proceeded to the drive-through. I let them know. I had a mobile order and was darn near almost yelled at through the speaker that it wasn’t ready yet and I shouldn’t have gotten in the line because I was backing it up. I politely explained that isn’t it faster than at least my order is already placed and my app is showing it is ready? As opposed to ordering customized drinks at the window, talk about holding up the line. That is why I ordered them on the app. She said fine. I guess you can go ahead and pull up. I wish there was a way to remove every tip I have ever given this location. we will be going to Dutch Bros from now on unless we are on the other part of town by Starbucks. Dutch Bros always meet you with a friendly attitude and if there is any issue, they always fix it right away. However, I have never had an issue with Dutch Bros getting an order wrong in the past two years. Called corporate and they will be doing training once the GM is in the shop tomorrow. They can be nasty and not care what you get in your drink. That’s not how other locations are but after reading the reviews at least it’s not just me. I would be curious to see their score from the corporate testers that come in dressed as a regular person to test the measurements and accuracy of their drinks. I’m going to take a wild guess that it would not be a good score.

I love this Starbucks. I often have work meetings here and the service is great, the baristas are always very friendly, And I love that it is a larger Starbucks location with lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

This Starbucks is atrocious. The customer service along with the food preparation is just DISMAL. I simply ordered a small coffee and a breakfast burrito. The coffee came out first and was lukewarm and politely asked for it to be remade. They redid it, but with exactly the same results. I simply explained that the original coffee wasn’t hot and received a fresh brew of lukewarm coffee. I explained how a fresh brew differs from hot temperature, but it seemed like they could not comprehend this so I asked for a refund.
Another debacle begins as the breakfast burrito arrives, not warm but cold. At this point I just got fed up, complained heavily and got my money back.
No apologies, only dirty faces and bad attitudes. If I’m spending good money at Starbucks, I expect to have positive results which obviously was not the case at this specific storefront. I just wasted 45 mins of my day on this nonsense. Time is money. Buyer beware.

3 minutes before they open, 657am in a blizzard, they won't serve me until they open. I come here twice a week, but they just lost my business. I'll be going to Dunkin donuts for my coffee needs from now on.

We've been to this Starbucks several times in the Last year. The drinks have been horrible in the last month on at least 5 different occassions. when you request Extra Hot, the drink is barely hot. The new Barista messed up almost every time. we ordered Pecan Crunch oat milk Latte and they forgot to add the topping and we watched her not add that and when we asked them to add that one , the Barista and her chief came out rude and mentioned they usually charge an extra $1 but they did it free this time. The New Barista needs to be trained at Other good locations like the Starbucks at Promenade Place. Attitude and service is not reflecting Starbucks' standards in any way. Luckily there are many Starbucks around.

Coffee and the other drinks are too expensive and the only cheap thing they have are apple juice and cookies and its always noise inside and too cold when it should and the music is too loud and the only thing I would get is the holiday cookies they taste very good.

This location is convenient for me and the workers are nice but unfortunately the last couple of times my drinks have been TERRIBLE. I ordered a simple matcha latte and could taste nothing but the milk. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was extremely bland and watered down. The picture is to show how “light” my coffee was. Hoping to have a better experience the next time.

This location is one of the best in the area They almost always get my customized drink correct and the service is great, always a smiling face and good attitudes on the employees There's a fee that go aboe n beyond especially I don't know his name but the manager with the short blonde hair (guy) he's absolutely great I always love when someone remembers my face but remembering m drink order you make me feel like a celebrity! Jk but I feel like I'm being treated like a person not just another order
