Been working on some exciting projects, and for the past month and a half, I’ve spent 20+ hours a week here. What I’ve seen? Care that goes way beyond coffee. This team makes eye contact, remembers names, checks in, and treats people like they matter — consistently. I watched them help an elderly woman to her car after she lost her footing. No hesitation, just heart.
There’s a vibe here — and Cristiaan, you’re at the center of it. Respect.
Huge kudos to the whole team. This location is different. Special.

Weak latte and uncalled for attitude. I didn't know if the barista resents their job or resented my presence, but I was just looking for a decent latte. Unfortunately, I didn't even get that; could have just had a glass of milk for that taste.
We just spent $140 for coffee for a graduation party. Every employee that helped acted very put out and annoyed. We never received a thank you. We were missing stir sticks and didn’t provide enough cups.
8 dollars for a grande chai?!? Absurd. They are getting greedy!
We got our cups full of ice. Maybe two sips of a beverage. Is this the new norm? Have not been here in a while and for the pricing... Yeah so not worth it. Highly disappointing.

I frequent this Starbucks regularly, and each visit is always a pleasant experience. The baristas consistently provide excellent customer service, being both friendly and efficient. The quality of the drinks and food is great, and I appreciate the consistency with which they are prepared. Whether I’m ordering a beverage or a snack, I can always count on receiving it promptly and to a high standard. Overall, I have had nothing but positive experiences here and would highly recommend it to others.

This is my favorite Starbucks. There's one across the street from where I work but I drive to this one. It can get busy but everyone is super nice and they do move the lines pretty fast. Thanks for keeping me caffeinated 😜

Rude staff. Slammed out drinks on the counter so part of the drink splashed out on us. Not a word said and just walked off
Drinks are always wrong and if you dare ask for extras you paid for or get handed a chai late vs the customized coffee you ordered, you can bet you’ll be met with attitude and an overall lack of concern. Today was the last time I’ll ever come here. They have messed up many more drinks that I have not said anything about because I drove off before tasting it even after telling them I didn’t think it looked quite right. They do not care, they are always rude, and once the app said, my order was ready I proceeded to the drive-through. I let them know. I had a mobile order and was darn near almost yelled at through the speaker that it wasn’t ready yet and I shouldn’t have gotten in the line because I was backing it up. I politely explained that isn’t it faster than at least my order is already placed and my app is showing it is ready? As opposed to ordering customized drinks at the window, talk about holding up the line. That is why I ordered them on the app. She said fine. I guess you can go ahead and pull up. I wish there was a way to remove every tip I have ever given this location. we will be going to Dutch Bros from now on unless we are on the other part of town by Starbucks. Dutch Bros always meet you with a friendly attitude and if there is any issue, they always fix it right away. However, I have never had an issue with Dutch Bros getting an order wrong in the past two years. Called corporate and they will be doing training once the GM is in the shop tomorrow. They can be nasty and not care what you get in your drink. That’s not how other locations are but after reading the reviews at least it’s not just me. I would be curious to see their score from the corporate testers that come in dressed as a regular person to test the measurements and accuracy of their drinks. I’m going to take a wild guess that it would not be a good score.
Coffee drinkers beware. Save yourself time and money.
