The lady checking people out was not paying attention and spent 15+ mins speaking to her friend who came to the shop. While I was checking out she kept speaking to her friend. I waited 2 mins (per my phone clock) I asked if I could swipe my card if it was ready to process? She IMMEDIATELY got an attitude, yelled, "Ive BEEN waiting on YOU" so I let know there was no communication and the card reader did not indicate it was ready for payment. The Subway employee then very loudly started to sing a church hymn at me, and after in front of the whole store again announced me as a "Karen" because I asked if I could pay after being in the establishment way too long for a sandwich when i was the only person in line and being waited on. There were several tables with other customers and your employe was acting as if she owned the restaurant and was not there to do a job. I wouldnt have minded her speaking to her friend if I wasnt ignored then treated poorly after I had to wait 15 to 20 mins to get a sandwich and pay for it. Then to top it all off she then after singing the church hymn proceeded to yell at me in front of customers referring to me as "Karen".....for asking her to just simply take my payment. Lol this is how Subway does business?

I got to the shop at 8:40am today (Saturday). The door says they open at 8am. The door was locked but there were two girls inside preparing everything. They saw me when I tried opening the door but chose to ignore me and continue working. I knocked and they ignored me again. One even decided to walk away to the back of the store. I waited outside the door for about 5 minutes hoping that they were just finishing up before unlocking the door. Nope. They just kept ignoring me so I left. I get that nobody wants to work at 8am on a Saturday but at least have the decency to let me wait inside while you finish preping. It was 25 degrees outside.

The guy who works here in the morning is either super disinterested in the job or just doesn't care about the customers. Unfortunately I got a sandwich from this subway today. The bread was very underbaked. That guy didn't bother to tell me that. I told him to toast the sandwich and here's what happened. He PRETENDED to toast it, right in front of me. Either the toaster is not ready or doesn't work. He took out the sandwich intact after not just pretending for 6-7 seconds. At this point I realized that he's trying to troll me. I let him continue. He doesn't cut my footlong in half and packs it in such a way that the moment I opened my sandwich everything started falling. Worst experience.

Store says it closes at 9pm. It's 7:43pm and employees have locked the doors. Make up your mind and let's be consistent. Spending tons of money on professional athletes promoting your brand, let's spend some on employees keeping Store open as advertised.
