This has always been a good Taco Bell to visit for Taco Tuesday, but the owners of this restaurant are going to have to figure what to do about the homeless people living in their lobby. Today, one was laying on the floor right inside the main entrance, with all his belongings skatered all around him, including a propane tank. See picture. I witnessed one dude washing his hands in the soda fountain, and they are always stealing soda, filling up whatever container they carry in with them. I may be looking for a new restaurant to get my Taco Tuesday fix.

Inhumane bathroom policy: No deadbolt for privacy, and they refuse to tell customers the code, making you wait until someone isn't too busy to just use a freaking bathroom.

2/21 5:00pm. The manager on clock kept yelling at the employee working the window telling him to go faster (when he was going a very appropriate speed for me as a customer)obviously making the kid flustered and he forgot our drinks. When I went inside to get the drinks we didn’t get, the manager was back at it again yelling at the kid and slammed the drive through window on a customer so he could yell at the employee. As a person that works in upper management I understand the frustration but it’s unprofessional and unwelcoming for customers and future employees. I genuinely felt bad for that employee he looked like a kid.

I went at 11am for a breakfast quesadilla and they told me they didn't have any available and I understood because it's not until 11am. The problem was that it was the first time I went to the place and I had no idea how their menu or food worked, that is, companions and etc. The person who helped me at Driver Thrue was not professional and not at all friendly or kind, I had a lot of questions and I thought he could help me find something for me but he ended up ruining my day with a very arrogant and intolerable attitude. I approached the window and asked to speak to a manager and it turns out that the person who helped me was a manager, I made my observation to her and what she responded was that everyone was free to buy wherever they wanted. I think he is right but it is not the way to treat a customer, I ended up liking the food but the attention makes people not go back to the place. If there are superiors who can read this, correct the errors because at this rate you will lose many clients. And I have to add that I was not rude, much less a demanding client who was only asking for advice because he had never been to the place.

Listen bro I got two jobs I get how hard it is to keep track of food orders but I work minimum wage and always make sure everyone gets what they paid for lol. If someone orders food I get them their food. I have never missed an order at my job. EVER. The laziness is insane, maybe try retail. Where my burrito at blud #gaystore
