So I really hate having to do this but after going to the downtown location and have an absolutely wonderful first visit we decided to check out another location of the delectable egg. I am saddened to say this location hasn’t lived up the the downtown experience. Our waiter acted like he hated his job rolled his eyes multiple times as I was asking questions about a menu item. I asked for fresh soft cooked bacon. I explained to him I didn’t mind waiting because it would be worth it. Food comes out 30 mins later and I got cold old bacon. Eggs were over cooked and I asked for it to be remade with fresh bacon. I got an attitude from the server and he proceeded to in a condescending manor use my knife to stab my eggs and argue with me. I asked him if I could please just have my food remade. I then watched him grab my plates and go complain to the manager about how picky we were. When who I think is the manager comes and delivers my food my bacon was yet again old and cold. He said he didn’t see them cook it fresh but as far as he knows it was cooked fresh. Negative. Manager told me the old eggs looked like text book over medium eggs but they remade them just in case. Dude the server stabbed my eggs of course they are going to be remade….. he couldn’t grasp the fact that they didn’t cook me fresh bacon and when I asked for it to be removed from my check he rudely grabbed the plates and didn’t apologize for anything. Brought back the reciept with an attitude. I will never ever come back to this place ever again and I really hope it hasn’t soured my opinion of the brand as a whole. The server just came back as I was leaving this review. He apologized profusely. The manager doesn’t seem to care……. Sad day. Also the wife said her bananas tasted super old. She ordered an eggs Benedict and the ham looked like it was out of a store bought lunchmeat package. And it was super salty. Took away from the meal.. So upset Server is Louis G on reciept don’t know what the managers name is. Yes they took my food off the bill. It I would have much rather had my belly full from my breakfast. ?

Your food is hot when it is served! Outstanding service.
No sides were included. This was a pick-up order. No one answers the phone. The side was charged so I would like a refund. Hostess was polite but obviously did not check the food for accuracy. I live a good amount of time away, or else I would have driven back. Yogurt was warm with granola mushy.

The Delectable Egg is egg-cellent! I came here alone one morning for breakfast and loved it so much I had to bring my family and friends here too. Now, it’s our go-to spot for breakfast. They have so many amazing options and the food is to die for! I’m big on drinks, so I love that they bring an extra pitcher to the table. The staff is incredibly friendly too which is always a bonus. Love that you can pay online and earn points for your purchase too! If you haven’t been in before, you’ve got to try it out.

Don’t waste the money. Biscuits and gravy tasted a week old with no flavor and the biscuits crumbled because being cold and old , completely dry even with sauce. The eggs Benedict had store bought ham on it which had about 4 pieces taking away from the whole dish. It still wasn’t even good when I took off most the ham. So upset because it seemed like it would be so good

Does not cost as much as most places in the area.Dietary restrictions: Offer non-dairy creamers almond and soy and are happy to make minor substitutions within food

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Our service was excellent and the food was good. Our server was awesome considering my father takes meds and sternly orders his food a certain way, she smiled, assured him it would be ok and even laughed a little. I honestly think she thought he was a cute old man, even if he was trying to act grumpy. 5 stars for her.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating in our case.
